Customer Reviews

Traditional Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Satin Nickel is rated 2.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice faucet and finish The finish is nice and the faucet operates well. The only issue was the fitting that was provided for the underside of the sink. If you have a metal sink, then the fitting is probably ok and will hold the faucet in place. I have a "ceramic type" sink and the sink bottom is not flat, so the provided fitting would not hold the faucet in place. I was able to use the fitting from the old faucet and this worked fine. The water flow also seems to be constricted...I swapped the diverter from my old faucet to the new one to increase water flow. This helped, but the overall flow is still on the lighter side.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't bother After less than a year in a newly constructed home, we bought this sink/faucet combo because we did not want to go with the developer's standard, so we bought on recommended by a friend but she didn't have a good length of time with it. At about 8-9 months, the sink is okay but stains alot, but that I can deal with. The faucet, however, is a whole other story. It is stained and streaked--don't know why. The only thing that has ever touched it is maybe some dishsoap sometimes and standard mile cleaner and water. In addition, it no longer turns. They are telling us it's probably lime buildup. Told them repeatedly we tried that. Appears corroded in the center where it is to turn. In short, very unhappy with this product. I hate the adage "you get what you pay for". Yes this was cheaper than most but they set the price and the product should still last a reasonable amount of time without this fading and especially this turning trouble/corrosion. My parents have faucets in their apartment in the Bronx for 40 years that still work and look good..Go figure.
