How do I order a set of ceramic disks-hot & cold to relace cracked ones

We love the faucet-but When the package was opened the ceramic disks had cracks-to prevent addit'l plumbing costs-cracked ones were installed. How to order new ones?

Customer Reviews

Vintage 8 in. Widespread 2-Handle Mid-Arc Bathroom Faucet in Polished Brass is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT PURCHASE this Faucet! We bought these last year to go into new construction. A his and hers. They were installed in August, 2015. On New Years Eve, while away at a party, the cold water knob blew and flooded out brand new house. The water was pumping for hours! All the hardwood in the master bedroom and great room needed to be replaced. Drywall needed to be replaced and one of the AC units serviced after water poured into it. State Farm paid out a $27,000+ claim for all materials. I ordered another faucet thinking that perhaps the builder over-tightened something... Even though State Farm's lab showed it was a manufacturer's defect. I was still thinking that it was a one-in-a-million chance. I ordered another to replace the one that broke... But I never had a chance to install it. I am glad I didn't! This morning the one on the other side blew and started to flood the bathroom. Thankfully I was there and it was only minor clean up. Kingston Brass has a KNOWN DEFECT and I would steer clear of their products! I bought 2 Delta faucets this morning and am getting ready to install them now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAUCET!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another good purchase from Home Depot Easier to install the new faucet than to remove the old one. Threads are smooth and nuts don't hang up. Drain tailpiece was short, but this is due to my specific installation dimensions. The components are well finished. I like that the faucet is all metal and doesn't have the rubbery feeling that ones with plastic stems have. We don't have high water pressure, so the flow was slow due to a small orifice in the aerator. This was easily corrected.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks nice but poor quality The faucet looked nice but it broke within 2 weeks. The hot water faucet apparently has a flaw in the metal. We returned it thinking it was a fluke, and purchased the exact same model and it broke in the exact same spot. We had water spraying everywhere. The instructions to install the faucet weren't very clear either. We returned the 2nd faucet and purchased a Moen.
