Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love this coffee maker This coffee maker was purchased for our agency office. It was selected specifically for the 14 cup feature. We love the Espresso color and the features, especially the timer for keeping our coffee hot! January 6, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't buy. Broke after four days. Was amazed at first and then day four...nothing. Looked perfect. Even beeped when I pushed brew. Nothing happens. Not even a week and it just stopped working out of the blue. Don't buy!!! April 8, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Second coffee maker in a year :( First I have to commend Kitchenaid on their excellent customer service reps. They were so courteous and prompt to assist me with the issues I had with my first coffee maker. I recieved the coffee maker for Christmas 2015. Around the middle of this summer 2016 the water compartment started to leak. Customer service was very quick to get a new water container to me. It seemed fine for a fews days but then started doing it agin. We called in again which we were sent a brand new coffee maker. All is fine with the new one but it just seems it was poor quality. Some other issues we had with the first one(which we just dealt with) the coffee filter net ripped and the lid to the coffee pot broke off. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Addition to my Kitchen When I moved a few years ago, i packed away my Kitchenaid coffeemaker . I recently moved into a new home and unpacked it. When researching replacement water filters, I was informed my old appliance had been recalled. The super helpful customer service associate took my info and immediately sent me a replacement. The new coffee maker looks wonderful on the counter in my new home. It's easy to use and makes great coffee. The product and the customer service are both reasons I will recommend and continue to purchase Kitchenaid products. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] October 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Coffee This a great machine. It makes great coffee and there is more than enough to drink a couple cups in the morning and take a travel mug for two people. It also looks great on my counter. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] October 14, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sexy-Looking Appliance If you have a bunch of KitchenAid appliances then you may feel compelled as I did to purchase this coffee maker. I love how this machine looks (I went with Empire Red) but functionality-wise this coffee maker does nothing out of the ordinary (brews regular or bold strength coffee, has a timer, will keep coffee hot for up to 4 hours) and is similar to $30 ones you can pick up at your local department store (mostly plastic exterior and as my Mom immediately pointed out when she tried to use it "there is no reheat option" and making less than 14 cups of coffee is "confusing"). I have only had my machine for about a week now and minus the criticism from my family members on things that don't necessarily bother me, I do like how my appliances match. I gave this product a 3-star rating because it is just a normal coffee machine. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] October 14, 2016
