Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tannersmummy LOVE this wall oven. Despise the timer.
I love my oven. I've had it about 4 months now. It's beautiful and it bakes cookies better than my Wolf range. What I absolutely hate and despise about it is how quite the timer alarm is. I have overcooked so much food because I cannot hear the alarm go off. Yes my house is on the larger size but the master bedroom is not too far from the kitchen. You should be able to hear it from anywhere in the house. We have 4 kids. I cannot sit in the kitchen the entire time waiting for the timer to go off. I would buy it again if I had the chance because I love everything else about it. I will just make sure to use a separate timer from now on.

This turned out better than expected - we were super worried about fan noise from earlier reviews. The fan is actually very quiet, maybe they've addressed the noise ssue on this year's model.
The oven heats very even and it's actually not a true convection - which we don't like anyway. The heater is below the bottom of the oven - easy for cleaning - and the fan moves the air around just enough to make sure the heat inside is perfectly even. Incredibly good for baking :)
Microwave is super fast. We use lower power for more even heating but if you want a cup of hot water it's 1 minute tops.
The Touch Screen is flat glass all the way across for easy cleaning.
And the controls are easy to learn and use.

Replaced all our 20yr old KA appliances, we had good luck n stayed with KA. The SS door panels are stamped w/rounded edges --looks unfinished/cheep. Other brands use folded/welded corners --looks far better. (Didn't notice as we purchased online) Both sides look like they could use trim. Our other KA appliances: DW, Warming Drawer, Wine Cooler, frig don't have this "unfinished" edge.
Oven operates very quiet/silent. MW interior light way too small --hard to see inside. MW fan keeps running when finished. We miss the Add a Bit More button for extra cooking time. Glass control panel very nice

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by vivaciousvicki1 Microwave crisping pan is fantastic
I bought this same model style 20 years ago and it served me like a trooper so I'm happy I was able to replace it with one that has all the same features plus many more new ones.
Microwave steaming feature cooks carrots to perfection. I couldn't live without the microwave crisping pan for frying breakfast sausage.
The standard oven has a really nice ball bearing rolling system for the bottom rack, making heavy roasts so easy to maneuver.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dissatisfied customer Big disappointment
I bought this to replace a GE combination oven-microwave that had died. Bad mistake. Because of the electronics, the cooling fan has to stay on forever to cool the oven and the microwave after each use. When I use the self-cleaning system, the oven emits fumes that are so bad, my eyes started to burn. With an open floor plan, even being 400 feet away from the kitchen -- with windows open -- the fumes are just horrible. All the fancy features can't make up for this.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sick of over-engineered appliances Don't buy it!
What a pain this overly expensive, overly-engineered white elephant is! The control board is a mess. To start the microwave, you have to: - Type in the desired amount of time on the far-left keypad - Hit the microwave "start button" all the way on the opposite side - Hit the "turntable on" button to its left -- you must remember this every single time you use the microwave - Be very careful when you hit the "turntable on" button because it's right next to the "timer set" button. - If you make the mistake above (very, very easy) it messes everything up and you have to dance and start over. - And if you want to use the timer button, you always have to remember to hit it twice for jobs that are less than an hour (which is everything I do). - If you forget to hit the timer button twice, the time is measured in hours instead of seconds. It's an easy mistake to make. - The self-cleaning cycle let off fumes like you wouldn't believe. Even with windows open, it made me feel sick. - This is just the beginning of the problems I've had with this oven. Don't buy it!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DaveB A truly GREAT wall oven combo!
Everything works exactly as advertised. No issues. Temps are accurate. Really like the microwave/top oven ... bake pies, bake Stouffers meals, make popcorn, etc. Replaced a 16-year old JennAir wall oven combo. Highly recommended.

I am happy that I bought this unit. We had a similar older model (Kitchenaid) which was old and the parts were no longer manufactured so we had to replace it. We thought we may as well go with another Kitchenaid model. Hopefully it will work for another 10-15 years and we will also be able to find parts then. The only drawback is the light in the microwave. It is not as bright. I wonder if we are able to replace the bulb with a brighter one? would be nice to know.
