Answer:
WT, Please click on the "Use and Care Manual" link on this product page for detailed information.
This oven has a Proof selection. Proofing bread prepares dough for baking by activating the yeast. Proofing twice is recommended unless the recipe directs otherwise. Once Proofed you would bake on either the conventional or Convection Bake setting.

Answer:
Check the amperage rating on your circuit breaker. This 40amp wall oven was installed on my 50amp circuit without any problem.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 131 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I was concerned with the possibility of an unacceptable level of fan noise during cool-down based on some of the past reviews. I am pleasantly surprised that the noise is barely noticeable unless you are standing next to the oven. Very stylish and loaded with cooking options. Timer finish bell could be a bit louder. Overall very please with the product; easily installed with minor alteration of the existing cabinetry. October 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful MIcrowave/Oven Combo I like how bright the light is on the inside of the product. I like how quiet the product is. I love all the different features and how I can use it to steam and crisp food items. July 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LOVE this wall oven. Despise the timer. I love my oven. I've had it about 4 months now. It's beautiful and it bakes cookies better than my Wolf range. What I absolutely hate and despise about it is how quite the timer alarm is. I have overcooked so much food because I cannot hear the alarm go off. Yes my house is on the larger size but the master bedroom is not too far from the kitchen. You should be able to hear it from anywhere in the house. We have 4 kids. I cannot sit in the kitchen the entire time waiting for the timer to go off. I would buy it again if I had the chance because I love everything else about it. I will just make sure to use a separate timer from now on. January 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Poor installation instructions The instructions are very poor for removing and replacing the door as required. Although the hinge locks supported the hinges, they bent the frame of the door making it impossible to replace as is. Took a lot of time and a torn open finger. July 31, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Wait was Worth It We have gone without an oven for almost 3 years! This is a cadillac of an oven...In The Kitchen with David uses this one (larger model) we feel like its a ridiculously awesome upgrade! July 6, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Oven/Micro unit Purchased this unit to replace an older model that parts were no longer available for. This unit was a perfect fit in a tight space. The SS model is attractive looking. My only complaint is the loudness of the micro fan. Much louder than the older model. July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Oven This turned out better than expected - we were super worried about fan noise from earlier reviews. The fan is actually very quiet, maybe they've addressed the noise ssue on this year's model. The oven heats very even and it's actually not a true convection - which we don't like anyway. The heater is below the bottom of the oven - easy for cleaning - and the fan moves the air around just enough to make sure the heat inside is perfectly even. Incredibly good for baking :) Microwave is super fast. We use lower power for more even heating but if you want a cup of hot water it's 1 minute tops. The Touch Screen is flat glass all the way across for easy cleaning. And the controls are easy to learn and use. May 17, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mixed feelings Replaced all our 20yr old KA appliances, we had good luck n stayed with KA. The SS door panels are stamped w/rounded edges --looks unfinished/cheep. Other brands use folded/welded corners --looks far better. (Didn't notice as we purchased online) Both sides look like they could use trim. Our other KA appliances: DW, Warming Drawer, Wine Cooler, frig don't have this "unfinished" edge. Oven operates very quiet/silent. MW interior light way too small --hard to see inside. MW fan keeps running when finished. We miss the Add a Bit More button for extra cooking time. Glass control panel very nice February 19, 2016
