Have had this grill for about 3 months now. Saw a few people saying had trouble with assembly but seemed to go pretty well for me, maybe an hour and a half or so. All parts present and accounted for.
Pretty well built and feels fairly sturdy. All in all I think good value for money. My only issue is I don't see completely even heat all around. The burgers on the back corners don't cook as quickly as the burgers in the middle/front area so I find I need to do some shuffling. I'm not sure that would be completely avoidable even on a more expensive grill so I'm willing to live with that. All in all, so far satisfied. The cover is a nice touch.

Took my wife and I a little better than an hour to assemble and yes, we still love each other. Overall it's a good product however, it had too many cosmetic issues for the price, IMHO. It was well packed and having all the screws already in the correct places made assemble a whole lot better. Just back out a screw, put the part in place and re-insert the screws. My wife loves it and that's good enough for me.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Tom Kitchenaid Grill: Good Value, but Shipping Issues
Box arrived severely damaged with parts missing and parts damaged. I was able to assemble damaged parts, but since the (3) stainless steel grids are missing, the grill is not usable. HD says they are on back order until September. Too bad they didn't tell me this when ordered online, and even more bad that the mfg never checked their packaging. Is it possible the mfg cannibalized grids because of their supply chain shortage. Customer service at my local HD would not give me a set of stainless grids from their floor models. I found a set of cast iron grids for $75 and have been using them until my stainless steel grids arrive. Overall grill quality is reasonable to good and the value ratio is excellent. I recommend buying from local store, not online.

Unfortunately I bought this grill with little research. KitchenAid? A great name, but apparently licensened to a Chinese manufacturer. Found out later it is the same bunch that make Nexgrill. I am now waiting to see how long it takes to fall apart. I suspect the "stainless" consists of a a very thin coating of low grade stainless cold rolled on regular carbon steel. The grill surfaces are made this way. The heating is very uneven and even on lowest setting it heats to 500 F indicated. Hard to control. I've burned two very nice ribeyes due to the extreme heat. A real KitchenAid it is not. I am concerned It is a Nexgrill with all the faults of a Nexgrill just lurking in the background.

For the price...this grill gets the job done. Unlike grills that I have owned in the past, this grill cooks evenly across the entire cooking surface. I really enjoy the heavy duty stainless steel cooking surfaces. I have owed this grill since July 3rd and have used it approximately 5 times. PLUS A HEAVY DUTY GRILL COVER WAS INCLUDED!!!!!
I also purchased the natural gas conversion kit for 89.99 and it was very simple to complete the conversion process. I highly recommend this grill to anyone who is looking for a nice grill for a nice price.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JMS1971 Good quality product from KitchenAid
I spent a lot of time thinking about which grill I would purchase. I had a Brinkmann for ~12 years and it eventually just rotted out at the bottom. I needed a new grill. I looked at Weber and kitchenAid products at Home Depot and I eventually settled on the KitchenAid.
It holds heat well and it comes up to temperature quickly. The assembly is easy. Ont thing to note is that the hardware is pre-installed. This means that the screws and nuts you need are attached to the grill's components. It was easy to assemble and it has worked very well.
