Customer Reviews

Pasta Sheet Roller Attachment for KitchenAid Stand Mixers is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 75.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pasta roller I recently puchased the pasta rollerand have made pasta a couple times and used this roller. It does a great job. I love it. Nothing like fresh pasta. I would, however, recommend buying the cutter attachments at the same as it is cheaper that way. I didn't think I would need them but ended up purchasing them. They work great as well [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Peasey Much easier than using a hand cranked model, you can use both hands to handle the pasta, and it is higher off the counter with more room underneath. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use This roller makes pasta rolling easy as can be. You work up gradually to the desired thickness and the pasta comes out even. Easy to use and easy to clean. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Loved it, but then... 5 Star for it's function when it works. 1 star for durability and inability to purchase replacement parts. Loved this roller. Made making homemade ravioli a dream. Used it about 5 times. Went to use it last night and the rollers wouldn't move. Worked perfectly the last time we used it. After inspection the stud that drives the rollers had sheared cleanly off. I expect more from the Kitchenaid Brand, especially for the price of the item. Is there a way to replace just this part?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great But... I received this as a gift this year. The first two times it was used it worked great but when we went to use it last week, it would not work. It attached just fine but the shaft must be broken because the rollers do not turn. You can hear something rattling inside if you turn it up and down. For an attachment this pricey, and for a brand this reputable, I would have expected better

Rated 4 out of 5 by from love it. hope it holds up got this as a gift, and used the heck out of it. MUCH easier than the hand-cranked model that I had (and have since given away). it leaves both hands free to handle the dough, and is a good height above the counter for ease of use. makes ravioli, potstickers, lasagna, and any flat noodle a breeze. however: mine pooped out within 3 months (with average use of 3x per week). the rollers just stopped turning all of a sudden. . . kitchenaid did handle it quickly when I contacted them through the website, though. I got a replacement quickly. I just hope that this one lasts, because I really love it! and at the price they're getting, it should last indefinitely. my hand-cranked machine was a third of the price, with 3 cutters included, and turned out just as good of a product, without failing in the space of a few months. i'd had it for years, actually. . . it definitely was not as quick and easy, though!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprisingly Easy I bought this for Christmas for my wife. Figured it would be good to have for special occasions. I was very surprised on the ease of use. Make a simple dough, roll, cut, and boil. Have used multiple times and no plans on stopping. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
