Purchased because it was the only mineral spirits available at the store and I needed to keep moving/finish a job.
Intended use: oil based paint/stain brush clean-up.
The product is the consistency of heavy cream, difficult to use, and required about 1/2 gallon to marginally clean one 4" brush. It also does not appear to be possible to capture/re-use for subsequent brush clean-up.
Bottom line: Waste of time, money, and is not green.

I had a gallon of this product in my garage that I purchased about a year ago. When I used it this year I had forgotten it was thick and milky white and thought that I had used the container for brushes I had cleaned already and dumped the dirty liquid into that container. I therefore put it with things I have to get rid of. I went to Home Depot and bought another gallon basically to clean oil based paint brushes which I use periodically. When I opened the new gallon a few minutes ago it was the same milky white thick liquid that I thought was used from my previous purchase. I just put a 1.5 inch $10 brush in the white milky solution to clean and can't tell if it is clean or not because I used white oil based paint. I would not buy this again and if I could find a place to dump both gallons of this junk I would do it after I finish this review. From now on I will buy old fashioned clear mineral spirits that smell and work. I have already spent $29 on this junk and I am not happy about it.

Used this solution to clean up an old hand plane that belonged to my Dad. This worked great to remove old "crud" that had accumulated over the decades.

This junk is 65% water. When mixed with varnish it separates in five minutes and leaves some strange looking stuff on the bottom.

Upon considering the two mineral spirits in stock at HD I chose to opt for this product. Upon opening the container and seeing this thicker white fluid I was confused as other mineral spirits I used were clear. This is thick, doesn't wet out well and is overall a terrible solvent. The oil I mixed with this product readily separates. So I checked out the msds on this compard to the "regular" klean strip mineral spirits. "15-40% petroleum distilates" vs "100%". Also said 60% water soluble vs 0% water soluble. So I paid for a jug of watered down mineral spirits that isn't good for anything. Terrible.

Works well without the smell, I will continue to use this product over regular paint thinners.

The odorless characteristic was nice, however, I like the clear color of mineral spirits better as it is easier to tell how clean your brushes are after using the mineral spirits.

I accidentally picked up this product, the label is misleading. This is a milky white liquid of some sort probably bonded with water, that is supposed to be used in lieu of the solvent based mineral spirits. I've finished furniture for over 30 years, If you try to use to thin polyurethane for application it turns the whole mixture white, it is difficult to mix in and doesn't let the poly set and cure up like you are used to if you are used to solvent based. It did dry cleat but the rag I used to wipe on was still damp and flexible 24 hours later. so , I didn't want to do the usual sand and recoat. I suspect the poly will take an extra few days to "harden up" The poly I thinned after 24 hours was separated into layers with this milky stuff on the bottom, if this is what it does on your furniture, there could be all kinds of problems from re-dampening the wood under the poly.
