Answer:
I can't find them either. When I loose one I just buy another screwdriver. It would be nice if they sold the bits separately.

Answer:
If you are talking about the yellow top, it doesn't come off. The bits are stored inside the ends.

Answer:
There is nothing to release, the shaft of the 11-in-1 should pull straight out of the base (do not twist). For a demonstration of how to remove the bits and shaft, please see the video located under the product image at the top of the page.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent multi-function screwdriver I love this screwdriver and use it everyday for work. Mine was lifted out of my toolbox and I had to immediately buy another one. August 2, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by THE RIGHT TOOL !!!!! This is the perfect all around screwdriver all in one grab and go ever tool box/bagetc. Needs this July 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great screwdriver I've owned many low to mid quality scredrivers. Bought this to help tackle a big wiring job in a new pole barn. The bits on this screwdriver are so well machined, they gripped the screws like a vise. Never thought there could be so much of a difference between your average homeowner quality screwdriver and this high end Klein product! July 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quality multi-tip driver Needed a Robertson S2 while out of town, bought this and will keep it in the car tool bag. Found in electrical aisle, much better choice than the tool aisle options. June 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best bang for the buck!! Good price for a quality tool; it is versatile enough for most any job June 28, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't work for me I really don't like this 11in1 multi screwdriver I think compared to this one the(klien) heavy duty multi screwdriver is a better one for you too buy with your $ for your tool belt or pouch so you have a good multi screwdriver on the job. June 1, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by I would not use for the job ! I really don't think that it is good for you to buy, because do to the amount of bits it comes with because they are not that hard to find missing from the tool. June 1, 2016
