Customer Questions & Answers

Height of 27.5"

I wonder if the support pole can be trimmed 1 inch to fit inside my cabinet? The specs say minimum height is 28.5".
Asked by: Smilley
You can not trim anything off the bottom pole. You could trim about 1" maximum off the top pole, however the unit has never been tested with this modification so we can not assure that this will not affect performance. Also, any modification to the unit would void the warranty.

Does this unit have a notch or a self positioning detent to hold itself in the closed position? Our present detent is broken and it will free wheel. You have to manually close it in the proper position.

Does someone make interior trays to partition the overall tray area? For instance wedge shaped plastic trays that utilize most of the full tray area?
