Answer: 
To remove the tile adhesive from the concrete we recommend using Krud Kutter Adhesive Remover. The Concrete Clean and Etch is designed for concrete surfaces that are going to be refinished, as it will etch the concrete, not leaving it smooth. Krud Kutter Concrete Clean and Etch does not need to be neutralized. It creates a porous surface and provides the even profile and uniform appearance preferred for clear coating applications. It can also be used to remove efflorescence and to neutralize new concrete and new mortar joints on block, masonry and brick.
