Mfg sent wrong door with correct frame. Shipped within dates stated to store. Just an error on mfg part. A call to them was pleasant and a new door is on its way.

The door arrived and had two dents in it on the outside face! It appeared to me to be caused by a forklift and was the last thing to be removed from the pallet so I suggest you unpack and inspect all parts before starting installation as I had the frame up when I noticed the damage. I thought about trying to get a new door (only less frame and other hardware) sent to me but decided to just bondo the dents since it has to be painted anyway! I noticed that someone else had posted this same problem and got another door that was dented also!!! Oh well, you don't always get what you pay for.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Gerry Arrive with a dent after it was unpackaged
THe door was easy to install but it was easire to adjust the leveling and squaring up the door in the opening after the door was hung. I moved the frame and resecured it after the door was in the frame. Now I have to wait for the weather exceed 55 degrees tp paint it. It would have been helpfull if more holes were drilled to secure the frame as I live in a wood framed house.

When we got the door it had multiple dents in it as well as the framing. I had to use numerous tools and techniques to get them straightened. And we went to try and put the lock and door handle in the dead bolt is so off I feel I am going to have to replace it. The door handle was no better as I had to modify the striker cause it wasn't catching properly. And also had to shim the door as it wasn't sitting right. Overall you get what you pay for and it is a lot better than the previous door I owned as it was totally shot. It was the only door that I could use due to my frame dimensions.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Larry Dented twice and no LIF support
This is the second door; the first came bent and dented so I returned it. After an additional two weeks, the second door came bent and dented. LIF has zero support. When I called they listened until I mentioned Home Depot at which point they gave me a different number to call; I left a message but didn't get a call back The LIF website is from the 1990's; just a glossy flyer with no support links at all; no instruction downloads.
After a lot of Goggling, I finally found some LIF installation instructions that were more detailed than those that came with the door and they stated that the doors are loaded on the carrier by by personnel experienced in fram \e packing" but, despite that "can and some times do arrive at the job site with minor alignment deviations"; mine required a heavy hammer and pry-bar to straighten.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Ripp Steel flush security door unit w/ knockdown frame left hand
I hate to be negitive about this, but when I went to install this door in the opening , I could not believe what I was looking at.. This door had the mortise for the hinges on the beveled side, where the knob and lock goes. Haveing the hole in my wall and no way to fill it, I went ahead and installed it. It looks bad, but I did manage to get it to work. Yes I probley could get a refund if I crated it back up and went back to the store and complaned. But what a hassel !! I won't be ordering any more doors from Home Depot.

My 32": door showed up with a 36" jamb header piece, so had to cut that down (which was easier then taking pictures and emailing them to home depot - which is what the manufacturer wanted) I ended up replacing the door handle and deadbolt lock because the door handle was flimsy and the deadbolt that it can with was for a 2 3/8 set back and the holes were drilled for a 2 3/4. A lot of hassle and additional cost involved with this door.

Doors are great quality for the price. Takes expertise to install. Not for amateurs.
