In my earlier review, I noted that the tire tube had a hole in it and the wheels fell off. I purchased a replacement tube at my local home and auto store and replaced the cotter pins that were much too small with a larger size and was back in business.
Fast forward 15-months. The tires disintegrated. This winter I hauled in two loads of wood per week from my woodshed across a snow covered yard. (And no, I don't live on a chemical dump site!) A week ago I noticed that one of the tires was flat - again. I pulled the tire off the rim, removed the tube, and found the hole, but there was no obvious nail or other foreign object causing the puncture. Upon further inspection of the tire, I found that it was severely cracked in several places on the tread area, so much so, that when I held it up to a light source, you could see right through it in places. I pulled the other tire and wheel assembly off and, while not yet flat, it was in similar deteriorated condition. I purchased two new tires and tubes from Amazon and we're back in business.

I only negative comment I have is the 4 sheetmetal screws are to lightweight for there placement. I stripped out 2 of the 4, I replaced them with a heavyer screw. These screws should be repaced with bolts threw the frame. There is alot of weight on them. Assembly is easy and quick. My youngest son came over and saw it and thats what he is getting for Xmas.

Wheel assembly is very cheap. The wheel is held on by cotter pins. I've had the wheel fall off several times now, and have to replace the cotter pin with new or something better.

So far so good. It was easy to assemble and seems very durable.

Can't find fault with overall design and construction - so far. Larger cotter pins and pre-lubricated wheel bearings would preclude bad reviews?

I got this for my husband for Christmas. I should have paid attention to the other reviews that mentioned problems with the wheels. My husband put it together (easy enough) and used it once and a tire went flat. Being a tire guy (he's a biker) he took out the tube and found a hole in it. He bought another tube (for not much more than a patch kit) and was back in business... that is until both wheels fell off - at the same time - about a week later. He said the cotter pins were way too small. So he made that repair as well, and all is good.
Now that it is properly put together, he does like it a lot. The cover is very substantial and is easy to put on and take off as it holds its shape. I would have given it 5 stars if it didn't have the wheel problem.

The wheels are not heavy enough tom continually carry heavy loads. The hups tear and the bearings fall out

The product was very poorly put together ,
the pins to hold the wheels on the shaft were so small that they would fall through holes in the shaft. One tire was flat and had a faulty tube. After I fixed all the faults , it worked fine.
