Technically what is supposed to be at every outlet in your house in the US is 120V. However, once resistive losses, long line lengths, that voltage will vary once it gets to your house, especially if you are far away from the main grid so you will see voltages ranging from 110V, 115V, 117V and so on, so even if the unit is designed for 125V, it will work just fine on 110V...^IFV Read Less

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Good Bought this AC years ago and it has been flawless I just wish it were more quiet especially cycling to find out if it's cool enough. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] July 20, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by VERY COLD AIR I've had this unit for going on 3 summers now still blows very cold air. July 2, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Good AC for the price Purchased for a remote site and it works great. I like to energy efficiency setting that cuts the unit on and off allowing it to cycle and save on electricity usage September 24, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Junk!!! This A/C is junk bought on 5/24/13 this is number 2 and once again the control panel does nothing will never buy another LG product again! March 11, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Product works as advertised This product worked really well for me. So far I'm happy with it's performance. I installed this myself. I think it's fairly easy to install, but the instructions leave a lot to be desired. You're better off just using the instructions as a concept kind of thing and not taking them too literally because whoever wrote them didn't know what they were doing. If you can get past that, it's a pretty good air conditioner and does the job as long as you don't ask for more than it can handle. July 2, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Best output for 115V I purchased this unit to replace a similar one that was about 4 years old and had developed a loud noise in the compressor. This one fit right into the old space, and works as it should. I chose this particular unit because the outlet where I need to use it is ~115V (110-120V) and this model has the greatest output in terms of BTU that I could find in this size at this voltage. July 17, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by company does not stand behind warranty i purchased this 15000 btu unit it started messing up in less then 1 yr and would just keep turning temp setting down to 60 on its own "when i could get it to cool at all" i called company and tried to to get service under the "5 yr parts and labor" and they would not service it without me paying for repair. I will NEVER buy another LG product and would not advise anyone to do so. August 1, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Air Conditioner I bought this for my family room which measures 16'x33'. It cools the room down very fast and very cold. I set it to 70° and in no time the room is at temperature. The unit is big and heavy. It took two people to install it in the window but it is well worth it. I would recommend this air conditioner to anyone looking to cool down a large room. June 26, 2013
