Any of the online appliance parts dealers if HD can't get one for you.
A quick internet search for "LG microwave parts' turned up a replacement glass plate for about $10 from several sources.

You can also use the Auto Cook feature using code 4 for beverages to reheat and even though it is a cooking feature, it can be used to reheat your beverage. If it heats the beverage up too much, you can also use the MORE or LESS key, TIMED COOK program which can be
adjusted to cook food for a longer or shorter time. Pressing MORE will add 10 seconds to the cooking

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 732 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Microwave for our new kitchen island We needed a new microwave for our kitchen island. We did a kitchen renovation in the summer of 2015 and I bought all new appliances. I think a review is more meaningful after a year instead of after just a few weeks. After a year, it has been through a real test. I must admit that I do not use this microwave for much more than simple cooking and warming. The measurements given were great and we gave them to the cabinet maker and they were accurate. It looks very great in the island and was a perfect fit. Make sure to get the surround kit that goes with it. The microwave is very easy to use and self explanatory with time cook, start, etc. It is big enough to handle everything I have cooked in it. For a small microwave, it is very powerful. Even though it is stainless it cleans very well. I would definitely buy it again. July 14, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Control Panel Failure We had this microwave just over a year when the control panel failed. Some of the buttons just stopped working. I called about service and the cost will be more than I paid for the microwave to begin with. So we paid 170.00 for an appliance that worked for one year and is now basically trash. What a waste of money and materials in what's turned out to be a throw away policy for small appliances. I chose not durable in the cons which, even though there are good points (looks, features, ease of use), is really the bottom line and the most important consideration in my opinion. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I like it so far! Have only had this a month. It's replacing a 1100 watt LG microwave built in 2005. I can't speak about it's energy efficiency because I haven't run it long enough to see a bill. The higher wattage hasn't blown the circut it's plugged into nor do the lights dim (20 amp). It's large and blends well with my other kitchen appliances. Most microwave food items base their cooking times on 1100 watt ovens, so this one has plenty. It has rounded corners in the rear which are easier to clean vs a squared corner. I basically use this by punching in a time and then starting it, but it has many more features. December 17, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by new microwave purchase Microwave looks nice, works well so far. We've only had it a couple of days, but I guess the issue that keeps me from giving it a 5 star is the control panel. You can't see the controls!! Unless you have a light set up to shine directly on the panel; so, be careful where you place it in your kitchen. February 21, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Quality. Poor customer service Purchased this from Home Depot in 5/2015. It conked out on 11/23/2015. The rotary motor as well as the microwave element failed. The machine has a manufacturing date of Feb 2015 so it is not like it was sitting on the shelf for a long time. Called LG for a warranty claim and the customer service is horrible. They best they can do is to ask me to take it to a service center in Queens, NY and I am 80 miles away. The customer service basically said its our problem. Called a few local repair facilities to get it repaired by myself and they all said they do not touch LG product. I strongly recommend not buying any LG product. November 24, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome, until it broke Awesome microwave until it broke today. It even lets you microwave aluminum foil. It says so in the directions how to cook with foil in order to cook more evenly. Nice for frozen foods in aluminum trays. But it broke 2.5 years later and is useless. The warranty says that the magnetron is under warranty for ten years, but if it turns out not be the magnetron, I would have to pay for any service done IF it was able to be fixed and IF you could find someone who fixes microwaves. I'm going to buy a $100 Magic Chef and treat it as disposable. I thought I would get more years out of an expensive LG, but not the case this time. It was good while it lasted though.
