The last thing I would expect from a Stainless Steel Refrigerator is STAIN. Yes, it has stains on all over the front side. It is not due to our use. They look like rust stains. I have also an LG dishwasher, range and microwave purchased on the same day. No stains on them. Stains started within a few months. First, it was easier to clean but now hardly removable. I used their website and reported this issue but no response. I just called their customer service. They recommended using stainless steel cleaner.
I will try it but I think it will work for a few days since It should have never got this much stains on it.
Nice looking product until you purchase it. You'll be happy for a few months. I assume most good feedback submitted within a few weeks. I am not happy with this brand and their customer service.

I love this refrigerator! It has so much room, and so easy to get things in and out of. The freezer holds so much and things are easy to locate. Now I can stock up with groceries for more than a week or two! The lighting is super fantastic for both refer and freezer, very bright!
No hunting for something. The fact that we can lock the door feature for water and ice is fantastic when I have the little grand kids over. Delivery was on time and totally professional. The only thing I don't like is it shows the finger prints and I can live with that.

We have had this refrigerator for three months. Now, that is not long I realize but, so far it is great. The lighting makes finding items in the rear easy. The two doors allow both shoulders in to retrieve heavier foods such as, a turkey or a roast. Holiday leftovers had plenty of room. The "Glide 'N" Serve" drawer holds raw meats nicely so cross contamination is unlikely. I enjoy not bending over to retrieve items from the refrigerator every time I use this appliance. I only get into the freezer once/day compared to the multiple times per day for non-frozen foods. I gave energy efficiency good rather than excellent due to the fact that this is a newer purchase. We will be able to tell if it is energy efficient as time goes by.

I wish I could give it 4.5 stars. Its a gorgeous fridge! For the most part, I love it. I've never had a french door style fridge, only the side-by-side. So I was excited to get more fridge space. The shelves are easy to move, and the space saving ice maker is really nice, because you don't lose shelf space like you do with a few other models we looked at. My biggest complaint is the slide and glide drawer, and how you have to open both doors to open that drawer. Honestly. I wish it was separated into tho smaller drawers instead of the one longer one. I always try and short cut it by opening one door and trying to open the drawer, and it never works. You'd think I'd learn.
The in-door water and ice maker work great. We use the water dispenser 45,000x a day, I think. The flow is a little weak, but I'm guessing that has more to do with the water pressure in the house than with the fridge. We did spill water on the floor the first time we used it, thinking you put the cup in where it goes for the ice..then pressed the water button...next thing, I'm washing my floor. LOL! WE had a giggle and quickly learned how it is actually used.
I'm not sure I love the pull out fridge. I've seen other models that I think are set up better, but it is what it is. I would still recommend this fridge. I love it.

I wrote an earlier review about having problems with the ice maker---contacted LG and they came out, replaced the faulty part and everything is working great now! Love the fridge! LG could not have been more responsive and quick to fix the problem.

We received this product July 14. We have had it 3 months now and I love it. Some people have complained about there being a high pitched noise. I am not hearing that but maybe that is because I am older. This fridge does not have a compressor as we know it so you are hearing a different type of noise. I LOVE the LED lights in the interior. They make finding things quite easy. I love the look! I am only 5' 2" so I do find it difficult to reach the top shelf but I still love the fridge. The ice maker is much quieter than our older fridge and works great. (Interesting to watch as it twists the cubes out of the tray)

Hours after the refrigerator was delivered it started to emit a very high pitched sound from the compressor. We had an LG rep come out to examine and before doing anything he said it was not defective but that the noise was due to improper installation on an uneven floor. Even after leveling it on both top and sides it still does the same thing; by the way the floor is perfectly level in front of and on the side of unitl. Additionally, if you take your finger and press against the doors or side it will temporarily stop the noise. It is so piercing you can hear it in all contiguous rooms within your home; it’s as if your ears are constantly ringing. LG list the noise as a problem under the troubleshooting section of the owner’s manual and then explains that it is normal due to the designed efficiencies they built in. Due to this design the unit runs longer so you get to enjoy this annoying sound even more. I wouldn't walk… I would run from this LG.

I give the frig a 5 star rating...I absolutely love it...Love all the space that it offers...but for customer service I give them 2 stars...after waiting almost a week for a sale to start, in which the store manager is the person who asked me to wait, I go in to purchase it and I've notice that home depot took one sale price off and added another that was $500 more..so instead of receiving the 30% I was promised for waiting, they were only trying to give me 10%...long story short I called the home office and complained, waited inside the location for almost 4 hours, and I was finally able to receive the 30% I was promised
