Had this refrigerator for last 18 months. Lots of space as pother mentioned and looks good too.
For last couple of months, water dispnese leaks after water is dispensed. It dispneses 4-5 drops even after glass has been removed and its very annoying as bottom tray is all wet and eventually develops white marks due to water composition.
Vegetable Tray (large rectangular one) broke yesterday. Poor quality.
Talked to LG on both above points and they won't buzz. Poooooooooooor customer Service.
No more LG Products

Bought in 2010. 2.5 years later the ice stops making and freezer stops freezing. Replaced the circuit board TWICE nope that wasn't the fix. I got a lemon. Was told that I would get a NEW fridge...well.. been back and forth faxing and calling for 2 weeks (horrible customer service). I Finally got a hold of someone and they said I'm not getting a Fridge but they would give me a "buyback". It's just so frustrating the junk they make today and charge so much for... the "buyback" was only 2/3 of what I paid. I will never buy LG again!!!!

4 door french door that I paid top dollars dies after 3 years. I'm wainting for a replacement under extended warranty. But frankly, if I had a choice, I wouldn't want LG refrigerator again. I had it enough! I'm living without refrigerator for more than 3 wweks in this hot weather!
LG's customer service is horrible! They dispatched a technician 4 days after my reportation. I had 3 visitations from a technician during 3 weeks time period. Finally diagnosed that the refrigerator is not fixable. All those times, I had to reschedule my self from my jobs to accomodate their schedule. Guess what! This was not the first tine that the frigerator had problems. It was a nightmare!. I submitted proof of purchase 3times....as they requested. But this morning, they are still requesting for the document. I'm running out of my patience.!!!

I purchased this refrigerator on 12/12/12 and it was d.o.a. The only LG certified repair company has no parts on hand for LG products and had to order part from California which required a week to receive. The new circuit board blew within 1 day, they reordered again and got the wrong part, and we were advised that the icemaker might have a short in it also. It is now 1/5/13 and still no fridge.

I am a little disappointed in this appliance. We are a family of 5. We all love the crushed ice but everyday we have to use our backup bag of ice stored in the freezer. It doesn't matter if you use cubed or crushed you still run out by the end of the evening. As for storage it says 2 storage trays for Gallons in the door however you can really only use 1 the other you won't be able to take a gallon of milk out or a pitcher of kool-aid. We had to take out the top shelf in order to fit our Kool-aid and ice tea 2 gallon pitchers. The door storage sucks in my opinion. If you have a big family and think this fridge is going to hold all your needs..........it won't unless you like piling things on top of each other and moving stuff around eveytime you need to access things. I liked our old fridge better we literally had to turn off our ice maker at times (thats how much it produced) and the storage seemed more functional. The stainless also smudges QUICKLY. Not really the impressed and would return if I could.
