Answer:
The LG 5.4 cu. ft. Gas Range with Self-Cleaning in Stainless Steel, Model # LRG3091ST does not show a griddle as an optional accessory, but Home Depot carries a variety of griddles ranging from single burner to double burner griddles that will work on the LRG3091ST. The griddle that is a supplied accessory with other select LG ranges can be ordered from any LG Authorized Parts Distributor too...^IFV

Answer:
Not sure how wide your large pressure canner is, but the LG 5.4 cu. ft. Gas Range with Self-Cleaning Oven in White, Model # LRG3091SW has a Superboil™ 17,000 BTU Burner that sits under a grate and if your large canner is centered over the burner, it should fit since the grate allows you to place any size canner on it...^IFV

Answer:
Hi Stovecleaner, the instructions on page 25 & 26 state to use soapy hot water or soap and water, then rinse and dry.
This is to clean the burner tops, grates and enamel top of the stove. Check it out here. Do not use any product containing bleach.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 95 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Caution! I just got off the phone with LG. The front of the storage drawer on this range has rust spots/stains on it. I tried everything to get them off with no success, so I called them for assistance. I questioned them about how stainless steel can stain and rust. She asked if I routinely cleaned it. (Anyone with kids (we have 5) and stainless products know that you will constantly be cleaning those little fingerprints). Anyway, she asked when I purchased it, what products I used to clean it and then placed me on hold and said something about sending out a technician to take a look. After being on hold for quite some time, she tells me that the wipes I occasionally used caused the rusting...rusting is cosmetic...I am over one year...I am out of luck...so sorry. What!?! (I am at 2 months over). She said the wipes are wet and moisture causes things to rust. So attention all those who cook....don't ever let your pot of water boil over...it may cause your stainless steel stove to rust. My guess is that the drawer is made of lesser quality stainless as the back control panel gets most of the spatter and cleaning and I have no issues with that. Other than the rust that LG won't take responsibility for....nah...nevermind...that in itself spoils it all. :( November 3, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works great An Awesome stove. Love the way it looks and all the features. September 13, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very very VERY HOT kitchen I was so excited to bring home this stove. We did days of research, Home Depot price matched for us and the delivery was a snap. It's true about boiling water in less than ten minutes, but the range top emits an UNBELIEVABLE amount of heat. Our kitchen is huge, with a ceiling fan and powerful vent over the stove. I can't stand making dinner anymore and cooking has always been one of my favorite activities. It's just too darn hot. This morning over breakfast, I almost cried because I was so frustrated; dripping with sweat and couldn't hear my SO speaking to me over the various fans running. We were having bacon and eggs! No boiling water and no oven running. Only two burners were running at medium setting and my eyes were burning from the sweat. I usually have lost my appetite by the time we sit down. I hate it, and wish I cold return it. There is such a thing as too much power. I was a glass blower in a hot shop, and this stove feels like I could melt glass over it. The oven keeps even heat, and it does work properly, otherwise I would rate it no stars. Unless you like cooking yourself while you prepare meals and enjoy being completely isolated from your family, do not invest in this stove. September 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It was a very good puchase. The delivery and installation were on time and professional. We like the looks and features of the new stove. An excellent mid price range stove. August 25, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DISAPPOINTED BUYER THE STOVE WORKS FINE, BUT THE KNOBS ARE PLASTIC. UNLESS YOU PRESS THEM IN COMPLETELY BEFORE TURNING THEM, THEY BREAK. ONE BY ONE, THE KNOBS ON OUR EXPENSIVE STAINLESS STEEL STOVE HAVE BROKEN AND ARE NO LONGER USEFUL. OUR STOVE NOW WORKS LIKE AN OLD GHETTO TV, CHANGE THE CHANNEL WITH A PAIR OF PLIERS METHOD IS HOW WE TURN THE DARN THING ON AND OFF. I CONTACTED LG AND WAS ADVISED THAT THE KNOBS ARE NOT UNDER WARRANTY. I INQUIRED AS TO THE PRICE OF REPLACEMENT KNOBS AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST ME $300.00 FOR FIVE KNOBS! THE KNOBS ARE $300.00 AND THE WHOLE STOVE COST $1000.00, ABSOLUTELY ABSURD AND OFFENSIVE! LG HAS LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE, HOME DEPOT DID NOTHING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT EITHER. December 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Impressed! I typically don't write reviews but I felt it was necessary since I used the reviews for this range to help me purchase this product. This range is a beautiful compliment to any kitchen that has other stainless steel products. The top burners are great and for those of you that need to cook something really quick, one of the burners has a superboiler which heats up your food quick. I love it! The oven has a nice look and the light in the insides is great feature that brings out the blue interior. I was NOT expecting a beautiful range for the reasonable price. The only thing that is missing from the range is that it doesn't come with a griddle. May 9, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't Buy Attractive stove/range. Burners on stove top burn unevenly. Flame twice as high on one side which leads to uneven cooking. Repairman could not fix. They just come that way. I would not buy any LG stove/range again. April 8, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor quality and poor customer service. We purchased our range about 9 months ago. I noticed some grease and gunk buildup in between the glass in the door. Also the knobs are plastic and had begun to bubble around the edge. I emailed LG in Aug about problems but they never answered back or called me. I called them first part of Oct and they sent me new knobs and said they would get back to me about the door. They never did so I called again the end of Oct. They agreed to send a tech to repair on Oct 31. No one ever showed up nor did they call to tell us why. I called them the next Monday to find out they considered it cosmetic and wouldn't cover under warranty. I tried to tell them the glass was not sealed properly and was leaking but to no avail. The design of this model is poor. The oven vent is below the control panel so that when you go to change either time or t4emp you end up getting burned on the vent. I would not recommend purchasing this model nor would I recommend purchasing any LG product. November 3, 2014
