Mine has been ordered and hasn't been delivered yet, but I'd like to know whether I convert recipes to a lower temp by 25 degrees or I follow directions on a recipe and the stove lowers the temp. Thank you. I'm ready for holiday baking as soon as it gets here.

Answer:
Yes, in convection mode the temp you set is automatically reduced 25 degrees. You can turn this feature off if you don't want to use it, or just select a higher temp.

Once the oven reaches the desired adjusted temperature, a tone will sound and the oven light will flash on and off. The display will show the auto converted oven temperature 350 deg F, CONV BAKE/ CONV ROAST and the fan icon.

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 23 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gorgeous! This is one beautiful stove! My criteria for a stove, after looking for 4 years,,,were, it had to be SS, had to have no back, had to have front knobs, had to be big pro look real SS knobs, had to have a price alot lower than what I had first seen. This stove meets all my critera and more! Plus It cooks really well too!! January 13, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good looking & great Oven Love the look of this slide in. The convection oven (with cobalt blue interior)works great. Heats fast & cooks evenlyThe cooktop is good, not great...no fast heating ring…so boiling water (for my coffees press)takes a bit too long in my estimation…but otherwise great unit. I had to change position of outlet as there is very little clearance/space for the oversize outlet to fit under back edge of unit to allow to fit flush against wall. The stainless steel finish piece that fits at back edge of top made the unit look more "built in". But was thinking this might allow for a pop up vent fan in future. July 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Im loving the color of oven. Wow, is the first thing I have to say. I love this oven. My old oven was less than two years old. When I opened the oven door and saw that beautiful color. I fell in love. I was known as the microwave queen. Now I actually bake and cook. I like to cook big meals then freeze them. With the ability to use all three racks at once, it saves me so much time. Did I already say I love this stove. It's so smart and hip looking. I might me almost 70 years young, but I have to say, this stove is TIGHT. getting new cabinets to surround my stove. June 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I love the 3 shelves and easy to clean cooktop. Nice to have the temperature show when you are pre-heating. July 3, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 3 years old and it's being replaced I purchased a slightly higher grade of this stove in 2011, one in which the lower drawer is a bake oven, otherwise the features are identical. I love the looks and build quality, the feature set is perfect and the stove is a looker for sure. When it cooks, it cooks well. Reliability is another matter. The oven probe would not work when it was brand new and the main circuit board had to be replaced under warranty. Its main circuit board burned out again and I have been stove-less for almost ten weeks now. Fortunately I bought the extended warranty and am receiving a refund of my purchase price. I'd look elsewhere if I were you. Too bad, I really wanted this to be my last stove purchase. October 12, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall, a very nice stove! Nice stove overall but there are a few things that could be improved. I love the double burner idea on the left front burner. Great design, but then there is the extra large burner on the right front that can only be used with an extra large pan....why doesn't that have a double burner option as well? I find that I rarely use that burner because it is so large. To me, it would have made more sense for that to have been the double burner. Also, the stainless steel rim around the top of the stove looks nice, but scratches VERY easily. You have to be very careful! The fan that cools the oven is very loud and runs forever after you turn off the oven. We usually open the oven door to cool the over faster so the fan turns off. July 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love It! Makes my kitchen look like a Show Place Great modern look! This has made me a great cook in my family's eyes because I whip up all kinds of meals like I never did before. Lol. Very easy to clean except the cook top ( It is pretty sensitive surface and I have yet to find the perfect product to clean it). Oven is accurate and fast. Burners are just perfect although I tend to use 1 burner more than any others. I'm so happy I finally splurged on this. I am a big LG fan. So far, I have all LG appliances except my dishwasher...that's next! June 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love my new Oven. Love Love I have had it since Feb. Its Awesome great investment June 30, 2016
