Don't buy this! It looks great, but the problem is with the remote transmitter. They say the range is 200'. The base kept on loosing the signal from 25'. Nothing special in the wall. Cedar siding, insulation, drywall. Now the remote is located 5 feet from the base.
We'll see how that works. Also, I have 2 other weather stations in my home. Both are not Lacrosse. They show the same temps for inside, and outside. Lacrosse shows outside temp as 4 degrees lower than the other 2. I went to the Lacrosse website thinking I'd buy a new remote. They are out of stock. To me, obviously, everybody else is having the same problem.
