Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Chris Great fit for a small patio
I purchased this for the patio attached to my apartment. The packaging when it was delivered was a little roughed up, and when I opened it, there was a piece missing and no real directions on how to put this together. Not that its difficult, but you're going to want to keep a picture of the love seat handy just to see how things fit. A little wood glue and a ratchet set and it was mostly put together. One of the arm pieces has a pre drilled screw hole which didnt match up, but I was able to borrow a drill and put in my own. It'll require a little sanding because there are some decent sized splinters sticking out, most i shaved off with a knife edge, but youll want to go over it with sand paper just to really smooth it out. The wood is nice, and you cant beat the smell of cedar. Its up to you if you want to stain it or not but its a nice little project for a saturday or sunday. Besides the lack of instructions, the misaligned drill hole and some splinters, i am happy with the purchase overall.

Our front porch isn't large but we love the view of our Idaho mountains from it so we hoped to find some rustic furniture that would fit there. We found that and more with the Lakeland Mills furniture line! We initially purchased the loveseat and table and then ordered another table and a rocking chair. The prices were fantastic for quality MADE in AMERICA furniture that will last for many years. These pieces would look great inside a cabin or lodge too. My husband who is very handy had no problem assembling the furniture. It may be more difficult for a novice? I finished the furniture with two coats of Danish Oil. We are thrilled with our purchase.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bench1 Great sized garden bench
Although the box for this product was completely broken when we collected it from the Store, luckily all the pieces were present.
Easy to assemble. With the wood being bare, it can be painted or varnished, or just left bare. I decided to leave the wood bare so that it will weather naturally and reduce the general upkeep.
I have placed my bench in my front garden, where it looks gorgeous placed under a tree. It will easily fit two adults comfortably and the angle of the seat and back makes for a comfortable garden bench - no cushion necessary.
It is quite a substantial bench, which I would say is good value for the money.
My neighbors have already commented on it and maybe purchasing one or two for their back garden !!
Would definitely recommend.

This is our second product our first being a rocking chair. We have a house in the mountains and use the furniture on our deck. WE love it! The cost would be much more if we purchased assembled.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by annie This product was just what we wanted.
We were shopping for heavyweight, sturdy, comfortable, rustic seating for under a tree in the back yard. Delivery was fast, and assembly was easy with good instructions. We stained the bench for protection, and are planning to let it weather. It is comfortable, although we may get a bench cushion. Good value.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Malloc Beautiful, sturdy furniture for your yard!
I was thoroughly pleased with this love seat (and also with the two matching chairs that I ordered). It was easy to assemble and it is very sturdy. I stained this with a natural cedar stain and have received numerous comments from the neighbors about how wonderful the furniture looks!
Please note that cedar does split when drying but this is a natural process (actually called "checking") and does not appear to affect the integrity of the wood. Trust me I did a lot of research to verify this when my furniture first arrived, so don't worry when you open the box if the logs have "checks" in them.
Bottom line, I love this furniture. I just ordered a matching swing for the yard!

The chair is pretty decent for the price. It is very rustic and rough
Lakeland needs to work on quality control...one of the arm holes, where legs go, is off by at least 1/2" which makes it impossible to level. It's not really that big of an issue to me because I'm using it around a firepit on gravel, but it would be a huge issue on a hard level surface. I had similar issues with the two Lakeland Mills chairs also.
Overall, I like their stuff because it's fairly cheap and you can add your own finish...if you have the time
