Product Overview

Lanco Elastomeric Styrene Acrylic Resin sealer modified with Silicone, which makes it waterproofing and highly flexible, for sealing surfaces against leaks and moisture. Designed for concrete roofs, metal, wood, asphalt membranes, polyurethane, EPDM, and TPO. May be applied with roller, brush, or spray - airless.

  • Reflects sun rays
  • Reduces interior temperature
  • Protects against moisture and leaks
  • Easy to keep clean
  • Can be reinforced with polyester o fiberglass mesh
  • Drying time: 30-60 min. to touch, 2-4 hours to recoat (79˚F (26˚C) and 85% RH)
  • Coverage: 50 sq. ft. (4.6 square meters) per gallon (32 wet mils, 17.5 dry mils)

I have a 2,000sf flat roof to cover....when the product label says 50sf per gal coverage, does that mean it will cover 2 coats or just 1.

Answer: 
This product will cover 50 square feet per gallon with two coats.

Can i apply this over galvanized metal decking and should I apply it while the decking is new or wait till it has aged a little?
