Short answer: no. One fairly dim green LED when the fan is running and 1-3 fairly dim red LEDs if you use the timer. Basically, you push one button and it cycles through one, two, three, maybe six or 12 hours. The configuration of the LEDs tells you how many hours you start with and it counts down with the first LED in the left for one hour, etc. I sleep on my side in the fan faces me and the lights it Read More

Answer:
No. One small green LED to tell you it's on. Three small red LEDs in a row that come on only when you use the timer and by the configuration count down the hours from a maximum of six I believe. For example if you set the timer for one hour, there will be one small red LED in the first position. You will get the hang of it. I sleep on my side so I am facing directly towards it and it does not bother me. Read More

Answer:
It does have remote control. You can clean the filters with a vacuum cleaner round brush head. Quiet means different things to different people. I can sleep with my non-low pointing at me 5 feet away. Easily.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lasar Company Failures I purchased 3 fans, one came in with the wrong stand. Called Lasar at the number on the paperwork. They were rude and pretty much called us liars. They were put out and we demanded they send us a correct stand. We asked for the manager and she got on the phone and did not even ask the problem but said shame on us for raising our voice to their worker. They sent us two stands, both the wrong stand again and their cooperate office got involved and sent us the correct stand without the screws to attach it. Never again will I purchase on line at Home Depot and not be able to take my purchase to the store to get assistance....... August 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great fan at an even better price! Needed to replace our bedroom fan. Our apartment has low vents, so I wanted to get a tower fan but not break the bank. After some research, I decided to pop on this one. It has not disappointed. The assembly consisted of just installing the 2 piece base with a phillips screwdriver. It now runs constantly at the 2nd power setting and it completely cools our 10 x 12 bedroom without sounding like a freight train. August 30, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great fan! Very little to assemble, easy. Quiet but forceful. You can feel the breeze from 12 feet away. Wish I had ordered this sooner! August 2, 2016
