Product Overview

(Note: If product is not available to order in your area that is due to nighttime temperatures. Product may not cure and/or track in late Fall and early Spring applications). Commercial grade blacktop sealer or filler. Commercial formula enhanced with polymers for strength and flexibility. This is a non-skid formula.

  • Enhanced rubberized system for flexibility
  • Foot traffic ready in 1 hour
  • Pour a bead (3 Gal. to 5 Gal.) across high end of blacktop and spread with squeegee
  • Do not over apply and do not apply if rain is expected within 36 hours
  • Remember: clean your driveway thoroughly so sealer will bond and make sure you do not seal when it is cold outside, it must be at least 55° at night for sealer to properly cure and last
  • Do not seal in early spring or late fall as the sealer will not last - it will not cure properly and may track
  • Coverage 3,000 – 4,000 sq. ft. per drum

Answer: 
300-400 square feet per 5 gallon pail. Coverage will vary depending on asphalt condition.

Answer: 
THe coverage 3,000 – 4,000 sq. ft. per drum. So about 363 sq. ft per 5 gallons.

Yes, you will only need a quick mix but to be sure it’s good idea to flip over the pail at least 24 hours prior to using the product.

Yes, if you have the proper equipment. The sprayer must be able to handle sand, and disperse the product evenly.

Answer: 
There is 2 lbs. per gallon of sand in the product. You can add one additional lbs. per gallon if desired. The most important thing to remember is not to over-seal a steep driveway. The aggregate in the asphalt is what provides the traction.
