Use this Lawn Genie 150 psi RJ Anti-Siphon Valve with Flow Control to help prevent irrigation water contaminants from entering the drinking water supply. This anti-siphon valve features a pressure-activated double-beaded diaphragm to strengthen the seal between the body and bonnet, external bleed, as well as flow control. The valve's low-voltage 24 VAC solenoid with captured plunger and a stainless-steel metering pin are built for durability and longevity.

  • Use in 24 VAC systems to help prevent irrigation water contaminants from entering the drinking water supply
  • Installed height should not be less than 6 in. above the highest downstream outlet
  • Self-aligning bonnet ensures correct installation
  • 5 - 25 GPM flow rate
  • Precise flow control adjustment reduces misting and fogging at the sprinkler to save water
  • Stainless-steel metering pin
  • 3/4 in. FNPT inlet and outlet
  • Captive solenoid plunger to help prevent lost parts during maintenance
  • Pressure-activated double-beaded diaphragm to strengthen the seal between the body and bonnet
  • External bleed to flush out dirt from the supply and lateral lines during new installations or repairs
  • 4-1/4 in. footprint size (center to center of inlet/outlet)

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 12 years and going strong I have had 5 of these valves in place for about 12 years now. After about the 9th year, each season I may need to replace a diaphragm (leaky valve) or solenoid (non-functioning valve through controller) or two, but besides that they are going strong. It is less expensive to by a new valve with a diaphragm and solenoid then to try and find/buy the parts individually. April 14, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by v good product if silonoid is good product was very good easy install with a few extra parts only 1 issue 1 of the solenoids not working after a few runs stopped shutting off water flow and called home depot customer service and thought issue was fixed days later got a email telling me to contact Toro. Toro says still under 90 day return service but I have a big issue just had my lawn hydro seeded cost over 400.00 to do this and in order to remove the valve must dig up the area to cut out valve will destroy about a 5ft x 5 ft area to do this and then I cant use system until repaired will kill whole lawn without water I refuse to do this and throw my work and money away when all I need is a solenoid only they should send a solenoid to me so I can swap it out about 3 minutes to fix they rather have me rip out valve and destroy my new lawn not happy if you read this call me home depot ! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by EASY INSTALL This a decent valve for the money. Don't forget to pick up 2 male 3/4" adaptors for easy connection and 2 grease insulated (moisture/water repellant) wire nuts for solenoid wiring as neither are supplied with the valve. For the price this valve is, it isn't worth the effort to rebuild if it fails just replace it, also keep a spare or two around. When they fail, they fail in the open position and the cost of that quickly surpasses the cost of a few spares... This I learned the hard way, but the valves were older than 5 years old. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Stress Fractures I have six of these and pretty much after a period of time each and every single one developed stress fractures in the bottom where it connects to the threaded pvc pipe. I've had to replace 5 already and now the water to the sprinklers are off until i have time to get to the next one :( January 24, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Flow control is a plus I've had these in the back yard, which are 25 years old and still working, so I decided to get more and were glad when I found out they are built exactly the same. Flow control helps dial in the pressure on spray heads to prevent mist (wasted water). It also helps the valve close in a timely manner when the timer switches stations. July 4, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product for excellent price These valves work as advertised, I purchased 6 and haven't had a problem at all. They do SEEM to be cheaply built when held next to more expensive brands, but looks can be deceiving. For $12 bucks, awesome value. November 5, 2011
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to install and replace Tends to develop cracks in the top base over time. Durability is an issue. March 19, 2013
