These buckets are a little smaller than the average 5 gallon bucket but they work fine

Bought these to grow tomatoes in. They are black buckets that work fine, apparently I have to enter a certain number of letters

I bought a 32 gal brute can for the reservoir and 3 of these for my first DIY hydroponic system. They were perfect for me.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by AngryDrumGuy Solid build, but it's kind of hard to screw up a bucket...
Buckets (3) were all in good shape and arrived at the store in a few days. $4+ per bucket is a little much when compared to the orange ones all over the store, but not ridiculous.
No better or worse quality than the homer buckets or the blue ones from the other place. Not rated for food storage, those are white and available on HD's site.
These were bought to facilitate a color-coded bucket storage system for easy ID in emergencies. Would be better if HD sold a matching lid.
Will buy again!

Buckets are heavy duty and are better quality than the hydroponic store. I was so happy with them that I went back and ordered 4 more sets! Thanks homedepot.com for carrying this product and reasonably pricing them. Hope you stock more hydroponic supplies.

I created my dream classroom this summer and these buckets were a great DIY project! I transformed these plain, black buckets into cute, functional stools! They offer valuable storage space and a great place for my first graders to sit.
