Does this come ready for outdoor use...winter in New England?
Asked by: David
The first heavy rain here in San Diego, California, soaked through the roof and puddled on the floor. Can't imagine it would work will in a real winter like you have in New England.

can it be used without the vertical divider and still be stable?

Asked by: Larroc
The bar on the front is to attach the shelves and magnetically fasten the doors shut, but it doesn't go all the way back and the shelves are just in by gravity. You can take the shelves out if you like.

It looks as if the roof of the shed extends a little bit over the structure. Is the 3 ft width the measurement of the base (foundation) or the roof?

Home Depot Customer Service contacted the vendor and was told the shed was made out of the country and no hardware replacement was available--not great customer service by the vendor. It was Home Depot that issued a credit so I could pay for my own hardward and it was Home Depot's personnel (Paul at the Fairmont Avenue location in San Diego) who spent over an hour converting all the metric measurements to US measurements and pulling all the necessary pieces from stock. The instructions were all pictures, no text, but it went together easily enough. The wood finish looks nice and it smells great (cedar). The shed is advertized as sturdy enough to withstand severe weather but our recent rains soaked right through and puddled on the floor. I moved it inside the garage to dry out, will add another shelf or two and use it as a pantry. NOTE TO HOME DEPOT: Lose the vendor. Keep Paul

Other than that, nice unit and it smells great. That's a serious plus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I wanted I had a friend help me assemble this cabinet and we completed it in less than an hour. It was easy to assemble. It looks nice, it feels sturdy, the shelves are a good height, and it smells great!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth the money. Flimsy. Bought two of them. The pre-drilled holes on one wall of one of them did not line up. Walls are too thin to put a nail or screw into if you want to hang a shovel inside. Floors will not handle heavy objects. Not worth the money to me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Shed. Works well Shed slightly difficult to put together, but works very well. We added a peg board to the left side to hang tools. Lots of space and looks fine in a yard.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Flimsy, shorter than expected, delivered with missing parts, but looks nice. I assembled it today, alone. No problems. But one magnet (out of four) holding the doors is missing, with parts scattered in the box, hopefully I will find the magnet tomorrow and screw it to the shed. There were fewer type "A" screws than needed, but I had mine, similar. The shed is quite flimsy, I do not know which wood it is, not quite balsa, but close, very soft. It is not clear how it will behave in the rain - I placed it in the back yard: I am not exactly sure how water will flow down the roof, it is flat with overlapping boards. The worst thing is that it is advertized as 72 inches, but it is outside height, inside it is at least 4 inches shorter. So, my 6 ft. breaker bar does not fit even if I place it diagonal. But all other stuff will fit OK, and it looks nicer than a plastic one. Will keep it for now.
