As high-end HDTV screens continue to usurp the use of conventional monitors, this kind of versatile wall-saving top-mount has ever-more applications and is emerging as a reasonable and necessary safety and security requirement. This specific mount has the handsome matte-black powder coated finish and heavy-duty quality of those enviable finest-hotel-room mounts at a reasonable price for home use. I was impressed by the PRO reviewers that claim hundreds of installs and can vouch for their enthusiasm.
This mount is rated to handle flat-panels up to 40-in and 80-lbs but, aside from that, it’s nearly limitless. The hefty quality adds confidence when mounting even the largest screen. Although it sounds brutal, it’s easily modified with a hacksaw and touch- up paint for just about any modification required.
The clever design conceals all the TV-to-component cords in a hollow, sturdy, vertical tube. The numerous holes in the backing plate ensure a fit for any meant-to-mount TV, regardless of the VESA pattern/spacing or mounting-hole standard used. The mount allows a nice range of movement: 23-in of vertical adjustment from top to bottom as well as swivel, pan and tilt (see photos).
The unit arrived in a compact box measuring 25.5" x 11" x 6" and does require assembly. Setting out all parts first and following the recommended order-of-assembly simplifies the job.

I mounted a 32" LCD TV in an RV with this mount. It is rock solid on the countertop. The tamper-proof hardware is a bonus if you leave the set unattended for long periods. (Note: Keep the two tamper-proof Allen wrenches--supplied--in a safe place. Otherwise, you'll have to drill out the fasteners if you want to take it apart.)
The only ding is that I had to cut out two places on the back to allow the power cord and the A/V cables clearance to plug in. No biggie if you know how to work a hacksaw and a spray-paint can.

I'm using this stand to support a 51" plasma HDTV inside a cabinet. Not the intended application, but it is working very well. The TV actually rests on the bottom of the cabinet, so the stand is just holding it upright. The only problem that came up is that the TV wall mount holes are 400mm x 400mm and the stand bracket is only 400mm x 200mm. I just used the top holes on the TV and it is working fine.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bowhunterr2001 Nice sturdy, stationary mount..
I was looking for a sturdy mount to install my new 22" LED TV in my travel trailer. It was easy to assemble, and mount in the trailer. It keeps the TV safe and sound while traveling and can be positioned in any direction for viewing. The only downside is the TV mount plate is so large it covered the inputs to the TV. With a 4 1/2" angle grinder and a metal cut off wheel I solved that problem..

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by macmac2jr Sturdy, Solid, tons of Hardware
I used this mount on a 40" TV above my fireplace. My fireplace is a stone wall and didnt want to drill into the stone. So I mounted this on my mantel with some anchors. Very sturdy. Mount came with tons of hardware. I cant imagine this not fitting every TV out there. Hides the cords in the upright tube. Very nice!! Would buy again.

For being one of the very few available pedestal desk top mounts, this one is very sturdy and seems to be of good quality. I did not need the cover that can be purchased separately for the mounting flange and I'm glad that I didn't as it is another $30! That's the only thing that I can say bad about this mount.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by RandyBob This Mount is "FANTASTIC" !!!
We have purchased and used over two hundred of these in our facility and they are great, the price is right and the various sizes of televisions you can install on these are wonderful. I would recomend these to anyone who has to put a deck mount on and secure a unit to it.
