Answer:
To wire the plug: Your green wire is your ground wire, it will connect to the green screw.
Your white wire is your neutral wire, it will connect to the silver screw.
Your black wire is your hot (or live) wire, it will connect to your brass screw.

Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 12 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by grounded! needed to repair an extension cord, quick and easy July 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty nifty I like extension cords that light to let you know that there is power. This end was easy to install and lights up nicely. February 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Little and Handy Item Great little item that does exactly what is needed, keeps the cords from unplugging (as in using a hedge trimmer). And best of all, when you accidentally cut the cord (like I have been doing on a few occasions) you can easily use this same plug over and over again as it is relatively easy to re-use. I think I'll get a few more of these for all around the house. July 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Product. Change my AC plug Excellent product. Need to replace my 10K btu power plug and did a great job July 1, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This product is the Best quality vs. price I manage the Tech Department in a performing arts center. these plugs are more durable, presentable, and simple to install than even the hubbell $20 alternative. i purchased over 100 of these in the last 5 months, I wont use anything else. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product Depending on the task, it may be too big, but excellent product, and quality of finish. September 16, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Item Snug fit for "vacuum" (larger) cable. I've used several of these effortlessly--except the ground wire connector could be better. Sturdy quality for up to 15-Amp use! May 21, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It's a plug. It works. Feels, ummm, nice? I had an arcade game with a 2 prong plug from days of yore when grounding plugs weren't common. For safety reasons, replaced it with this one. It works. It was cheap. What more can I say. November 17, 2011
