CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 26 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tamper resistant receptacles "TR" or tamper resistant marking on a receptacle indicates that the device is equipped with built in apparatus that prevents the entry of foreign objects, fingers, screwdrivers and the like, or even a broken plug into the slot openings of the receptacle. The design allows the entry of plugs only when both slots are simultaneously engaged and will not allow contact to energized parts unless both slots are filled. The ground opening (round hole), does not need to be utilized, allowing connection of 2 prong (ungrounded) or 3 prong (grounded) plugs to be connected. September 6, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Upgrade your old outlets with these It is really easy changing out your old outlets. The tamer resident outlets are great because they are more child safe. They look great and are a low cost upgrade project anyone can do. April 8, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Economical! I had a handyman in to replace all my remaining 2-prong outlets into 3-prong. This option was much cheaper than buying them in individual packages. March 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Product Ever! I would recommend! The plugs were easy to install and are tamper resistance. Great for the safety of the kids July 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by plugs I have used these many times an have never had a problem m February 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Leviton TR duplex These things are great. After looking at several other options (plugs, which can come out and then become a choking hazard and the covers with the spring loaded covers,. about $3.50 a pop) these were the best choice. At $1 a piece, they aren't too bad and it only takes a few minutes to pull an old outlet and replace (with the breakers off, of course). These look the same as the old outlets and I haven't had any trouble getting plugs to go in. As hard as I tried, I couldn't get my volt meter leads to go into the outlet, so I feel pretty good that my little one is safe. August 2, 2010
