Easy install, I like as the time winds down the lights on the switch move down and blink during the last minute.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by PapaLima Meh. Worked but the infamous buzz...
As others have reported, this thing created a buzz. In my case, it was in the fan itself- you could hear that the fan motor wasn't working quite as well (the sound of the air rushing was weaker, so it wasn't drawing as much air through) and the motor also had a buzzing sound.
The *only* thing that was different was this timer switch, which replaced a standard single-pole switch. When I took the timer off and installed a single-pole Decora style switch (new switch), the buzzing went away.
Poor quality, poor value, steer clear. After I had this problem I did some Googling and it looks like this thing also creates a voltage drop, which isn't going to be great for the fan motor, either.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by PapaLima And the answer is: Buzzzzzzz.
As many other reviewers have noted... I got a buzz from this timer switch.
I was replacing a standard single pole switch in my master bathroom.
I installed the timer switch and turned it on and... buzzz. In my case, the switch didn't buzz very much, but the fan motor itself was buzzing; you could also hear that it wasn't moving as much air (with the regular switch, you can hear the "whoosh" of the air rushing into the vent).
So not only does it make the motor buzz, but it also doesn't move as much air. I don't know if it was here or elsewhere, but I saw one review where the reviewer hooked some testing equipment up and said there's a significant (20 volts or so) voltage drop from this switch.
I tried reversing the wires on the switch, even though with AC power it shouldn't make any theoretical difference (sometimes just fiddling with things...works) and it didn't, still had the buzzy motor.
Took switch back. Bought one from the other big brand, installed it, no buzz and fan moves same amount of air as before.
Don't buy this for a fan switch, and frankly I wouldn't get it for a light, either.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by GPR A poor replacement for previous generation unit. "do not use for" limits most uses.
Previous unit had smaller buttons and very tiny graphics. This unit has good graphics and indicator lights but has a very limited range of uses. Most bathroom timers control both fan and lights and the previous model did so for years. This seems to be a design with out a purpose. Will most likely be returned.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nightowl Darn fine print
Works great for lights, but as I'm finding a common problem with all electric supplies you must read the fine print. Huge voltage drop when I used it for my bathroom fan and as labeled in the fine print using it for a fan caused it to heat up. How it made a UL listing is beyond me. Only good for incandescent lights. It's only redeeming quality is it looks nice. Almost forgot another thing that bugged me is the unlabeled on and off switch. Thought I had a broken fixture till I figured that out

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by engineer after about 1 month, it has stopped functioning
after about 1 month, it has stopped functioning - I will return it this weekend
It also lacks the feature to "hold" the light on - Another switch is eminent for my house
