They should make these out of metal. We used to replace them once a year. This year we are about to get our 3rd one since they ONLY last a little more than a month.

The socket only fits one way, the problem is that one must be flipped over to fit the other slide. You can jam it on, but then it cracks. In addition, they do not consistently hold the slide in alignment.

I had to modify the slide brackets slightly because they ere not wide enough to fit my male slide rails. The brackets were plastic and not made that well. If a metal version was available i would have paid more money for them since these drawers hold a fair amount of weight.

My drawer broke and I went looking for the same piece. I found the same one I had for $5 for one but this was only $1.50 for two. I decided to try it out and it worked great. I decided to come back and buy some more just incase they are every discontinued. All my drawers in my house have a plastic backing like this.

The drawer slide gets stuck on this cheaply made plastic product. I would recommend a trying to find a metal product elsewhere, as I don't believe Home Depot sells one.

Total junk. Both packages the plastic brackets were deformed and were not 90 degrees to the rails. All 4 brackets cracked when tighten to the back of the cabinets due to their deformed shape. Garbage!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Flip Very poorly made and not shaped anything like the original that is being replaced...But they work.
These drawer guides were very poorly made from thin plastic and are not the same as the ones being replaced...The originals were a very poor quality and have broken on all the drawers, and these are worse...Replacements should be made of metal because the manufacturer must know that there is a quality issue here.
