I have had this cart less than 6 months and the wheels are falling apart. I use it primarily indoors and it is stored indoors so it is not sun rot.

How can you continue to put these wheels on this cart even though you've received numerous complaints about their inability to hold air? Or the overall durability of the entire product? At least put tubeless wheels and tires on the thing. The two-piece wheels allow for moisture contamination between the tire and wheel which leads to rubber cracking and leaking especially of the tubes. As a consumer, if you look at the reviews, owners that live in more arid regions of the country don't have as many problems. I live in lower Michigan and have had my cart less than a year and all 4 wheels/tires no longer hold air. The powder coating is pealing and rusting through in too many places. And if you read the warranty it doesn't cover wheels, tires, seals or any moving parts (Like the reel spool? Isn't that what you bought it for?)

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rich The tires aren't rubber anymore
The tires are hard plastic and about 8" in diameter - no more deflated rubber. This thing beats my old plastic hose reel hands down. It's very easy to turn the reel and it rides across grass and dirt very easily. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this product.

I bought this less than 1 year ago, when I took it out of the basement this spring it was a wreck. Most of the paint came off the inside reel in large flakes/pieces (the part the hose rests on), many other areas had paint chips falling off, many other nuts/bolts were clumps of rust.
I complained to Liberty Garden, at different points they said: 1) you could have applied a clear coat 2) that part does not look that bad, it could be sanded and painted, ... eventually they said they would replaced the center reel (the most expensive part) but not the whole unit.
I brought this to the attention of my local Home Depot store/manager and immediately got a reply to return the unit for a full store credit. Thanks!
But please reconsider carrying Liberty Garden products (actually anyone who treats your customers like this).

Assembly was simple and quickly done as the more potentially complicated parts were already pre-assembled - put frame together connect hose hookups assembly to frame and add wheels. No leaks were found and has been in service for about 2 months now. Have a 150 ft hose and reel-up is effortless.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DR56 Better than any plastic hose reel
Well, its made in China... The first one I brought home had a tire that leaked air. I took it apart and found that there was a screwdriver size hole in the tube. Since I live rather far from HomeDepot, I ordered a tube from ebay. After it arrived, I noticed that another wheel was bulging. I took it off and the metal rim was split! Now back to HomeDepot and they exchanged it for another. The 2nd had no problems so the first was obviously a lemon. I have 200ft of hose and it is so much better than any plastic cart I have had. Rolls very easy, my wife loves it. General quality is fair but it was only $85 so I wasn't expecting something industrial.

Easy to assemble, and easy to use. It holds all the hose that I wanted to put on it.

I bought two of this product over 2 years ago and had trouble after one year. All the tires leak and will not hold air for various reasons. I too have had trouble with the powder coat paint flaking off along with bolts rusting. Today I went to use one and the water fitting for this broke off. Now the item is completely useless. At least I could still use the reel when it was rusted and flat tires. I would look for a different product.
