Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Karli A great hot tub!
We purchased this hot tub in September.
Pros- Heats up to a hot temperature, is low-maintenence, nice controls and lights, interesting waterfall feature and is the perfect size for two but also fits friends.
Cons- The company took a VERY long time to ship (4 weeks purchase to house), and did not provide hardly any information about when it would arrive- but you have to take off to be there when it does because they won't put it in place for you. The people who I spoke to on the phone put in very little effort; delivery was delayed for 3 days because someone didn't return a voicemail for that long to confirm purchase. Also, I tried asking the company what chemicals if any the hot tub would come with (answer- none) and which we should purchase so we could have it running ASAP, and she had NO idea, nor could she put me in contact with anyone who knew anything about the chemicals needed. We had to wait till after the tub and manual were here to see what we needed to purchase; if it's your first time buying a hot tub like us, I recommend just going to Home Depot's pool section and talking to someone, they were much more helpful!
ALSO- to satisfy the requirements for warranty, we had to have an extra GFI run to the back yard to plug it in directly, which took another week (while it's a "plug 'n play", using an extension cord is prohibited). The plug runs from the "waterfall" side, and is really short- if it's running around the tub it only goes about 4' past. We had to get a GFI put into the proper spot for about $250 extra.
Although the delivery/installation was a trial, the hot tub itself has been well worth it! We are out there several times a week and the lights and jets are wonderful. I think for us it has really been worth it and I would recommend this product to others- no need to buy a more expensive spa, this one is perfect!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DanS I have had several spa and hot tubs this is the best!
Works as well as my more expensive hot tub. This hot tub is a great value. This hot tub will be a great plus for my vacation home in the mountains of Western Maryland.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by anitajackri great hot tub!! solid and beautiful
I spent months looking online for a hot tub that fit in my budget but had quality features. I was nervous to buy online but after reading the reviews decided to try this one. So glad I did!! It is easy to set up, fits into a regular 110v 15amp outlet and fills within one hour. After filling the temperature was 65 degrees and 9 hours later is 85 degrees and climbing. I expect will be 101 by morning (<24 hours). Be prepared to have help moving the hot tub as the delivery is curbside only. Is easy to move at 240lbs dry weight however just need 4 adults because of the size. The chemical balance was easy to achieve (I only had to add pH minus and chlorine to get all the values in range). The cover is SO nice, not sure why they don't show the cover in the product photos since it is a big plus so I included some here. Also some photos of the lights (since I was frustrated they didn't show that online). You won't be sorry if you buy this tub, is reasonably priced and so easy to use!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LACI Words can't describe how great this spa is. I researched this spa for 6 months. You have to just get one.
This spa is so wonderful! It's beautiful, spectacular, durable, easy to maintain. A great buy for anyone wanting a retreat without the expense of leaving home to find it. The lights and waterfall are gorgeous!! And did I mention easy set-up and very affordable.

We are in our mid 70s so were a little daunted when the spa was delivered to our driveway & we needed to move it to the backyard over a sandy side yard path. There was only one man that delivered it & he didn't want to try & move it. My husband & I used large pieces of cardboard (salvaged from the box that the cover was shipped in) & a dolly. We were able to roll the spa over the cardboard into the backyard & to the patio. No big deal.
Next we had an electrician install a dedicated line for the spa...he suggested 220 service, so we went with that.
Now we had to figure out how to set the spa up. It really wasn't difficult at all. We were in the spa the next day. It is delightful. The aerated jets, the waterfall and the colorful lights are relaxing. The seating is quite deep & comfortable. We are definitely happy we chose to purchase this.
The spa is advertised as a 4 person spa. That would be like squeezing into a kettle. It is perfect for 2 people. Also we do not want a "hot tub"...we are in southwest Florida...we want a cold tub. That seems to be our biggest problem. We have not been able to keep the water below 95 degrees which is much too warm for Spring & Summer time here. Guess we'll need to have blocks of ice delivered. It will be perfect for the cooler months however.

What a great product. Cant say enough good things about it so far. So glad i made this purchase. I've had it for about a month and love it. Works great even in cold temperatures.Use the hot tub last night when it was 30 degrees outside. The hot tub was heated to 104 degrees, after an hour the water temperature had dropped to 102 degrees. I JUST LOVE IT!!!!!

After scouring the local market, I finally decided to go with this hot tub and couldn't be happier thus far. The product is exactly as described and the fit and finish are up to par with more expensive models. The added value package is a must and enhances the overall spa. The only suggestions for improvement would be: 1) Spa should come with a chemical starter kit and guide (helpful to newbies like me), 2) Cover latches should be installed at the factory (you have to line up the cover and attach the provided hardware yourself and there are no guide markings), 3) Would be nice if it came on a temporary wheeled pallet as it is very heavy (350lbs) and hard to move without at least four strong people. Overall, very happy with my first spa!
