Great smaller spa. Extremely easy to setup and maintain. Maintains heat just fine and plugs into a 110v outlet! Have had for about 3 weeks and so far no problems. If you are a renter and might be moving around this is the spa for you given it's low dry weight.

It was an easy install and you just plug it in so that part is good. It looks good and it came with a locking cover. The jets are not as powerful as my last spa and most of the jets are not adjustable. I like jets that you can move up or down so you have to position your body on the jets where you want them to hit you instead of turning the jets to where you want them to hit you. My delivery order said delivery to the door. The delivery persons order said curbside. I had to pay them $20 to deliver to my door.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mack Great Spa for the money, 3 person max
Easy Assembly, and fairly light. You can move the unitnwell with two people if it is not filled. Delivery took about two and half weeks which was earlier than the three weeks advertised. Unit took about 26 hours to fully warm up in 40 degree new york weather. The water from the outdoor faucet came in at 48 degrees so it raised the water temp 55 degrees in about a day. Max temp is 104 degrees and I have had it their twice already with no problems. The cover for this unit is only 2 inches thick. It holds heat pretty well, but the thicker the cover the better. Truly plug and play unit, plugged right into my dedicated outdoor electric socket. Havent got my electric bill yet, so I cant comment, but not expecting more than 10-15$ increase per month. Unit looks good, and the led lighting is very cool with multiple color options. The jets are adequate to really circulate and oxidize the water, If you want more of a massage than a soak, I reccommend getting a higher number of jets model, from the same company. Overall, Im very satisfied so far, especially since it was on sale. Fits 3 people max. Nice for me and my wife to use by ourselves.

Pro's- I was able to move it myself when it was delivered (on its side, which I'm told is a huge NO) and get it into the place I wanted. Plugs into a regular 110 outlet which was a big selling point for us. I had an outside outlet installed anyway so it would have a dedicated one with a weather cover, glad I did bc the plug is really large and may not fit well at just any outlet. It filled pretty fast and warmed up to a comfortable soaking temperature in less than 24 hours. it's easy to drain and clean, other than a bit of residual water at the bottom you need to scoop out when cleaning. Small enough that we were ale to level a ground area, set down paver stones and put it right on top (we rent, couldn't install a cement slab). Its not an energy hog, either. and maintains a good steady temperature even in winter, we use ours all four seasons.
Cons- filters need to be replaced fairly frequently or you get really poor performance- and these jets aren't the strongest out there to start with. problem is that the only place to get a filter is ordering through home depot. you can't find them anywhere else, and they aren't carried in store (a BIG problem since shipping can take weeks) hey HD, you listening? if you're gong to sell the spas, have the decency to stock the most necessary regularly replaced part. if you're in a hard water area, the jets get weak over a few months. you'll need to empty it, clean them out with a hard water build up product, run a hose in to fill maybe a quarter of the way and leave it running into the filter area, then quickly turn it on and off a few times to get the pump to pull in some water and blast out the cleaner. drain again to get the solution out, refill. also make sure your purchase comes with its first filter so you can actually use it immediately- ours was advertised as coming with it, cover and steps (package) but it didnt). advertised as a four person- works great for two, three *can fit, I wouldnt push four unless you are all very small folks.
overall its not a decent product. its not the best or strongest but for the price its a reasonable value and it meets our needs.

We are in our mid 70s so were a little daunted when the spa was delivered to our driveway & we needed to move it to the backyard over a sandy side yard path. There was only one man that delivered it & he didn't want to try & move it. My husband & I used large pieces of cardboard (salvaged from the box that the cover was shipped in) & a dolly. We were able to roll the spa over the cardboard into the backyard & to the patio. No big deal.
Next we had an electrician install a dedicated line for the spa...he suggested 220 service, so we went with that.
Now we had to figure out how to set the spa up. It really wasn't difficult at all. We were in the spa the next day. It is delightful. The aerated jets, the waterfall and the colorful lights are relaxing. The seating is quite deep & comfortable. We are definitely happy we chose to purchase this.
The spa is advertised as a 4 person spa. That would be like squeezing into a kettle. It is perfect for 2 people. Also we do not want a "hot tub"...we are in southwest Florida...we want a cold tub. That seems to be our biggest problem. We have not been able to keep the water below 95 degrees which is much too warm for Spring & Summer time here. Guess we'll need to have blocks of ice delivered. It will be perfect for the cooler months however.
