My wife and I have now enjoyed the spa for over 6 months. This being our first spa, we looked locally at several spa outlets. Having browsed online at Home Depot, we looked for something comparable in features. No one even came close to offering the features for the price at Home Depot. Once the purchase was made, we received a call from the manufacturer just before the spa went into production. Great customer service!
We have rarely missed a day getting in the spa since we installed it. My wife says it has helped with her rheumatoid arthritis. I think it has helped me sleep better at night.
I was very pleased with the simple installation. Although they claimed it was curbside delivery, I was able to get the driver to backup to the concrete pad I setup in our back yard and the two of us were able to set it directly on the pad. It came wrapped well, on a wooden pallet, on its side. No damage occured during the delivery. We unwrapped it while he was there and the two of us (180lb men) laid it down carefully, no problem. The electrician I hired had no issues with the hookup.
I had considered buying the spa cover lift. I'm glad I didn't. Although it would make it easier to get the cover off and on, I like the side clear of obstruction and the cover is no trouble to get on and off by myself.
The spa jets are organized in 4 groups. Each group being one of the 4 corners. There is a control valve to adjust the flow of the jets from opposite corners, only 2 corners, to all jets on, to the other 2 opposite corners. When only 2 corners are on, the jets are powerful and feel great! The spa has several different variety of jets all giving their own special flavor of massage. There are also 2 adjustable control valves for air, controlling two groups of jets at a time. When all jets are on, you have the least flow per jet so when you want the powerful massage, you are better off with only two groups of jets activated. Keep in mind, the more jets that are activated in any spa reduces the power so the ability to control jets is very important depending on the power you desire. That's why I would rather have as many jets as possible as long as I have some control on which are active. It still feels great with all the jets on but I wouldn't necessarily call it a massage.
Love the LED light too. Tons of settings with every variety I can think of.
We have actually had 7 people in the spa, but I must say, leg room is tight but still enjoyable. If you have 7 people in a spa, you are not in for a massage anyway! It's all about the conversation and experience of being in a bubbly hot spa!
The waterfall is adjustable which is nice.
There is one seat that is higher than the rest which is great for our 4 year old niece. The other seats sit too low for her to sit with her head above the water.
The filter system works great. Crystal clear water the whole time.
Absolutely no problems and the only regret I have is that I didn't purchase this sooner!!!!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Keys really good value for money
We went to Miami to research hot tubs and for a 7 seater, they were around $10,000 delivered. This tub was on offer at $3600.
We live in the Keys and the weather is hot and humid. This tub is rotomolded and has no steel or wood framing in it, so nothing to rot and rust. The color is what we wanted. It has Gecco control unit, which is the best.
we dont need it for any orthopedic reasons and the jets are fine when on two seats and are weaker when all are switched on, but still fine.
The size is good, it will seat 5 comfortably, six at a pinch and seven if someone sits on the raised cooling seat.
We could buy 3 of these tubs for the price of an acrylic tub. and its better. In time all tubs will be made this way.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Steelhead37 Nice spa
So far we love the spa, the advertising could have been a little more descriptive. First off seven people could not fit in the spa unless they are all under five feet tall and 95 lbs. My two kids and myself are over 6 feet tall, my wife a little shorter and with the four of us in it there is barely enough room for a fifth. The jets could be a little more powerful. The LED lights are great as is the waterfall. Maintenance is very simple and chemical use is minimal. The filter and basket are easy to clean. We purchased the matching steps, and it all looks great setup. If your planning on running any distance for power hookup that added almost $1500 to the price. We ran just shy of 60 feet and with 6 separate bids.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by IRMolly I love this tub, but Its not my first hot tub, I knew what I wanted and was willing to compromise for Great Price
Set up was easy, and water was hot in just a few hours. The electrician finished up around 5:00 and we were in it by 10:30pm the same day. That sure made it nice
If you want the jets on full power, you can only have half of them on. The control allows you to select either this half or that half. It you set it in the middle isn't worth it, their far to weak. But that's fine for me. I actually like that you can control the amount of pressure coming out of the jets by diverting some of the pressure to the other half of the tub. I've never seen an expensive tub with that much control.
I wish you could run the waterfall on its own separate from having to run the jets but no such luck. Its seems kind of senseless to relax with the sound of the waterfall when you cant hear it due to the jets running. My grandson loves the LED light show it puts on.
Be careful with chemical selection. You have to use Chlorine. Bromine is prohibited in this tub. And no floating devices, no tablets ever, only granulated chlorine.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mike Good bang for the buck
Overall, I am pleased with the product. Good bang for the buck. The jets could be a touch more powerful but they do the job. Tracking the delivery could have used some more transparency but I did receive it about 4 weeks from when I placed the order.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Reb1 easy to install and delivery was a snap
Great hot tub for the money
The panels screw off easy but still solid and good looking
Hook up was easy and love the colored lights. Lots of room for us. The heater stays on all the time and in Texas in the summer we don't need any more heat. Only change I would suggest.
Great value for the money

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Kenneth jets not powerful enough for more than 2 people
What troubles me is that his 7-person spa is good for 1-2 people.
The jets are nice and strong in either of the 2 corners. However, there is a drastic dropoff in jet force when more than 2 are to be in the hot tub and jets in all 4 corners are to operate simultaneously. With 2 people, the "diverter knob" is turned to fully open. That is done when 1 or 2 people are in the tub and it is fine. But to have 3-4 in the tub (people on all 4 corners), the diverter knob must be put in the middle for the jets in all corners to operate and the jets are not powerful. I am very disappointed to have this large hot tub and it really is only good withe 1-2 people in it. The led has not worked. The spa arrived without a fuse on the motherboard for the led light. This was only discovered after overnighting me a new bulb, then a new harness wire. I have to now buy a fuse, so this has been an ongoing issue for over a week. Obviously this wasn't tested prior to shipping - impossible (hence the Fair rating). 'Steven' from their customer support has been great and very, very helpful. Customer service has been great. I wasn't able to find out what the GPM was for this hot tub from their support. The hot tub is nice and all else was fine, but I'm not sure why I would want a 7 person hot tub, when it really only has the jet power for 1-2 people to enjoy. I had a dedicated 40amp 220 circuit installed by an electrician (costly!) and I can't believe the jets cannot put out more force.
I was saying 'no' to recommending this, only because I could have purchased a smaller spa if only 2 people can enjoy it. Price was great, tracking and delivery was on time. Seems sturdy and I've enjoyed it (alone) when used.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by etfonhome Great tub for the price
Installed this tub in fall of 2013, after ordering from HomeDepot.com, the tub arrived just 2 weeks later. The delivery driver assisted me in moving the tub from the curb to the backyard location. The company even provided me updates and called me directly to advise of order confirmation. Before ordering I did research the tub which required calling the company and they were always helpful. I waited a few months to write this review to see how it handles in winter and it sure has passed the test. This past week (December 2013) in Salt Lake City, UT the temps were cold (5-25 degrees for the high) with 14 inches of fresh powder at my house and this thing was handling the cold perfectly with maintaining 103-104 for the three straight hours (see picture) while my wife and I sat in it during the evening snowstorm…It’s a comfy tub although more comfy for 4 adults, 6 would be doable, and the 7th person is sitting on a step without jets. The tub doesn’t completely drain so I use a fish tank cleaning tool that I bought for &7.00 to get the remaining 3 inches of water out. Just an FYI for those who are wondering, but the electric panel (left-side) and drain (right-side) are on the side of the tub with the control box, opposite of the waterfall. I use bromine instead of Chlorine and based on the direction only granular bromine should be used in this tub versus the tablets.
