What a great sauna. Private, no strange person sweat in it. The light therapy is nice, the speakers sound good. The infrared is different than whats I was used to, but it definitely gets you sweating. Product was packaged nicely. The only time a tool was required was to screw down the top panel. Other than that, all tongue and groove with a buckle to pull it tight. If you want to sweat out some toxins and just take a nice 30 minute break each day, you can't go wrong. Granted, I bought this when it had a $800 off NLP, but still highly recommended at full price.

This was somewhat difficult for a single person to receive and assemble. The unit arrives via freight as three individual boxes left curbside. The heaviest of these weighs ~150 lb and is ~6.5 ft x 4.5 ft (unmanageable by a single person). The panels fit together relatively easily, but the large front panel (which contains the ceramic heaters not shown in any pictures) is a challenge for one person to maneuver due to size/weight. I kind of like the unit, but if there were stores to look at these things in person, I likely would have purchased another model.
Smells nice, plenty of room for one person to sit, can get to 135 F, speakers are good for piping audio.
A heater on the floor is a poor design choice, as that is where sweat drips, it is also delicate and requires careful stepping, I would not recommend this unit because of this. There seem to be several minor air leaks that slow heating (door seals, floor and ceiling joints). It's not large enough to do anything but sit and stare out the door (no radiating heat will hit the front of your body). The instructions are horrible photocopies in which some of the original lines of text blacked out by marker, but still used to make the copies.
The door handles can be installed upside down and serve as a functional tablet shelf for inside and outside the unit, the AUX audio is very simple to extend from the top of the unit to an external devise with a standard audio extension cable (to leave tablet outside and watch video from inside).
LifeSmart seems to have an annual sale early in the spring and I was able to act on it this year.

I am quite happy with this product. Assembly was fairly straightforward. We have put it in our basement and it is working very well. It takes about 40 minutes to reach temperature of 120 degrees - I wish it could heat up faster. Speakers are very useful - I play video on my cell phone and get great sound.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Edradio Great. Simple. Multi-purpose Sauna.
Great far-infrared sauna. Radiates heat from behind my back, behind my legs, under my feet and in front of my knees! I love the built in amp/speakers playing with my favorite music. The chromotherapy light has its own remote control and lots of options I didn't expect! Assembly was a breeze for me. I put mine together by myself, however the instructions recommend two to accomplish assembly. I used to build aircraft for a living so I had a few tricks up my sleeve to alleviate the second person.
I've had it for about two weeks and have been making a habit of using it at 130 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes after allowing the sauna a 30 minute warmup. I love it so far!

Very satisfied with the purchase. The sauna is stylish yet practical for daily use. Would fit boh, my wife and I with no problems at all. The music hook up and speakers for any iPod, phones or MP3 player is a great feature.
It takes a little longer to warm up but its worth the wait. Putting it together was fairly easy, although the manual could use some additional help.
My door came cracked/chipped, a phone call and email exchange to customer services corrected the issues and I had a new door shipped to my door steps at no charge within a week.
Happy and warm!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by teacher very dissapointed
I bought this sauna as an upgrade from those portable steam saunas that do not seem to last very long. I was very happy with the unit with regards to the looks and feel. The assembly instructions are very primitive and could be a lot better. I agree with the other reviews on these type of saunas that they are very slow to heat. I find myself waiting an hour for it to heat up to the point where it will make a difference. Very soon after purchase, one of the heating elements popped. I have emailed the company. Like one of the other reviewers: I wish they would get back to me. I tried calling but stayed on the line for a really long time with no answer. I am not happy that I now need to pack up this unit, load it on my truck and take it back to home depot. It is unfortunate, disappointing and a waste of my time due to very poor customer service at the warranty department.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tati So far this Works Great & Very Easy to Assemble
After reading the reviews I was concerned that I'd be waiting forever for the sauna to heat up. It went up to 120 in ten minutes, so much better than I had expected. It's beautiful. It smells great. Although the instructions call for two people, I put it together myself--the only thing a second person is really needed for is lifting and moving the front panel because the glass door swings open and it's quite heavy. Am thrilled with my purchase. The directions leave a little bit to be desired, but they are good enough. I have not yet figured out how to work the MP3 player. The company that delivers these in Sacramento is horrible and their customer service is also horrible--RLI. The driver was nice, but their office--ugh. Anyway, if you have a choice (and you probably won't), choose another carrier.
