Customer Reviews

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 80 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Shed! Straight up ....12 hours to install. Directions were awful, just like others said...Everything has a number on the part itself but when you do the install guide page by page it goes to letters so there is back and forth trying to find out what they are talking about. Some directions are a bit vague. After you assemble all the trellises, doors and skylights, (about 3 hours) make sure you have enough daylight left, once you start putting up the walls you can't stop until you have the roof attached to some of the trellises to hold the walls more securely in place..they were to unstable (we thought) to let sit overnight in case of a storm blowing through, it would have collapsed the whole thing with one big wind gust. Once you start getting things in place it all falls together nicely. Comes in 3 HUGE boxes heavier than I ever thought it would be especially when you try to get them up steps with a hill (Kudos Home Depot). We made "stations" for parts and it seemed to help with staying organized. Do everything it tells you no matter how much you want to do something different (trellis..screw head IN the tracks)..everything has a reason and purpose even though it’s not clear until 5 pages later. I can say the worst part was the last thing we did and that was installing the shutters!! really...none of them lined up with the shed so we winged it! All and all it was a fun project even in the rain but I would not want to put another one together anytime soon! August 2, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Must have shed Had a tough time putting it together; instructions aren't very clear. Despite the little obstacles faced when putting it together; it's a great product. Spacious, sturdy and looks amazing. July 20, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by good product/terrible directions Although the end product is good. the assembly instructions are woofully poor. The illustrations are hard to understand and there is very little guidance in the written instructions. It took much longer to figure out what to do, than it took to do. It took me and three sons many hours to complete. We are all mechanically inclined and one is a mechanical design engineer and we all became very flustered trying to follow the process of assembly. We are still trying to figure out how to mount the included shelf. June 24, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Meets my needs. Instructions were somewhat vague until you get used to the jargon, be sure to read every word before continuing assembly. Shed comes in 3 boxes, weighing a total of 720 lbs. Need plenty of space to get organized, as parts are packed in no discernable order in the boxes, Instructions were in Box #2 I think. Spent 1 day building trusses and identifying parts, day 2 with help from my son and his friend we were able to complete the shell. Finished internal shelves, doors, and windows on day 3. I am pleased with my purchase of this shed. It fits the needs that I was looking for. I am sceptical about the strength of the shelves, 1 long and 4 corner. I think they could be attached in a sturdier method. Time will tell. June 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Shed! Took us 2 days to complete, 1st day items were put together, and separated, then we started putting it up. The only problem we had was with the doors, it didn't specify which doors went to the front or side, and we put the wrong doors on each area, but it still works, we didn't want to redo everthing. For the most part it went up pretty easy. We had a cement pad laid down just for this shed, it has so much room. I love it. The only thing we didn't put on was the shutters, there wasn't any markings to drill to put them on, so we just left them off and it still looks great. April 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Happy overall Instructions were rough . Some steps easily missed and pieces not easily identified . Just mostly wastes time eventually you will figure it out . At least 10 hours for 2 people. Seems very sturdy looks nice and water tight. August 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service I wrote a review in February and since I have had the chance to work with the company support group. I had made a mistake and left the protective film on the windows and they kind of baked on. So I email Lifetime support to ask to buy the replacements and they help me out with the parts needed and no charge and shipped to me on there account. I am a service professional and this is an example of best in class customer support in my opinion. I again recommend them 100% March 31, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Shop 2 1/2 years ago we installed this and it is still in the same condition! The shed was not that difficult to assemble. My Wife and I did it over 2 days taking our time. When we were done we put a wood decking in it so it could be used with heavy tools. I filled it with table saw drill chop saw, grinder and bench (all on wheels) and now have a very nice shop and storage. It makes it nice to open the doors and pull out the tools and use in the open or make smaller cuts in the shed. Space is great inside. I would buy more if I needed them. February 4, 2016
