Great experience overall - with a team of four people and motto "divide and conquer" - two people were going with the manual and assembling the elements together, while the other two started the flooring on a concrete pad, and was adding the walls.
It took us 6-7 hours on a weekend day, plus lunch break.
The shed is strong and spacious, has plenty of room for shelves and other organizers, and it looks really pretty. The windows can be opened but also have safety locks and can be closed. The construction allows for air flow so it is not too hot inside. Neutral colors are definitely a plus.
Will buy it again for my next house :)

As described by others the instructions were difficult to decipher. Then after an entire days work the next weekend we had a big snow storm and the wind blew the shed down. We felt like the little pig who had built his house of straw! It was suggested that it be bolted to the concrete pad but others had said they had no problem so we thought it would be okay for a few days until we could get back to it. Not the case. So now we have $1700 worth of plastic sitting on our patio waiting to be thrown out.! Not to mention broken shelving that was inside when it went down. We are now looking for something that will really last a lifeftime.

This was all around a great experience. I purchased the 15'/8' shed and added two 30" ext. for a 20'8' total shed. The shed with the added ext. was very easy to construct / put together. I completed the task in two days by myself. As seen in the photo I was pleased that the ext's could be placed on one side or one on each side of the doors. I was also pleased that the window panels could be located at the ends if necessary. Very well constructed. The key as all have stated is a level platform or surface.

Nice quality shed.
I would have given 5 stars overall if it weren’t for the instructions and packaging of the hardware aspects of it. Really it is a correlation issue between the two. I’ve spent many years in manufacturing and created assembly methods for several of those years. There were errors and too many opportunities for interpretation. I was tempted to redline as I went but was already under the gun to get the work done. LifeTime, if you want to give me a free shed or give me some cash back on the one I bought, I will identify the errors and provide you with solutions to make them more user friendly! I am partially kidding. But, seriously, if you read the reviews, everyone complains about the hardware bags and instructions! So, LifeTime, this is an opportunity for improvement for you to go after to reach higher customer satisfaction.
Overall though the shed is very nice. The parts and hardware are all of high quality. Once assembled, the shed feels quite stout. I built it by myself in windy conditions which posed some challenges (I used several large jigs to help hold walls upright until I could reach the point of a sturdy structure. But, once all walls are connected and, particularly the gables, top and trusses are all together, it is one integrated structure).

Just finish assembling my shed which take about 1 full day. The building appears to be quite sturdy. I'm sure it's more than enough shed for my tools and equipment.

I was looking for a shed to house garden tools and other things not needing the climate controlled environment they are currently occupying in my home. I had a wooden 10x12 at my previous house that I bought at Home Depot and loved it but I didn't want the obligation to paint it or to have a barn in my back yard. (why they can't build those things a little more modern looking is beside me). I also wanted it next to a fence and didn't want that type of structure and have the neighbor complain because it's quite a bit taller.
I chose the 8x15 and set out getting ready. I got a sale price at Home Depot that was better than anything I could find and it was delivered ahead of schedule. It was delivered in 3 heavy boxes, strapped together and if I remember right total over 700 pounds according to the driver.
I built a foundation on deck blocks and using 2x6 joists, and 3/4 plywood on top and went to great lengths to make it level. It turns out that is probably the most important piece because it settled just a bit on one of the front corners and it caused some trouble with the doors. Be absolutely certain it's level and it will go up easily.
My wife did most of the assembly, it went together well, and the instructions are sufficient. Just do yourself a favor and read through them ahead. No single piece is heavy but at some points you will need a second person to push from the other side or to be on a ladder. Assembly took us about 12 hours but it was 100 degrees outside and we took several breaks to get out of the sun. I would say you could look forward to a whole day if 2 people do it and take their time.
Once assembled it's solid, looks good and has a very large interior. Doors close nicely and can be padlocked. If you are using it for a storage shed for things that can roll in and out, can sit on a rack, or just need to be out of the weather then no problem. If you're thinking about suspending an engine block from he ceiling then no.
It is not less expensive than the wooden ones you can get so I wouldn't buy it for that. By the time you add the foundation, and consider that it's only 6'8," it is less shed in the same space not to mention it would be tough to use as a workshop if that was your intention. A few other observations are to be sure your foundation is level, if not the doors will give you some trouble. Also get the pieces out of the box and assemble it as quickly as you can after it's delivered. I couldn't get to the installation for 3 weeks after it was delivered. The boxes were strapped a bit unevenly on my hot driveway and a roof piece or 2 deformed making that a tough installation. (they did go back to their normal shapes after a few days installed). The final thing is have good music, a good helper and be patient.
Just what I wanted.

It came in 3 large boxes and was fairly easy to follow directions. I wish I had leveled the wooden frame a little better, it would have made the assembly easier, but I was able to pull everything together, It was worth the $$$ and met my needs.
