The online description says 150 pounds. We just received the table and the sticker under the table says load limit of 40 pounds.

What is the real load limit of this table?

Answer:
The 26 inch table I received also states the maximum load limit of 40 pounds. I can honestly state that I have not tried any more than that weight.

Answer:
the sticker on the back of the table does indeed say 40 pounds. The table surface is very sturdy resin but the metal rods, while sturdy, are hollow so i would respect the 40 pound limit stated on the label.

Answer:
The website has been adjusted to 50 pounds now. The sticker on the bottom of the table says 40 pounds. I would have no trouble putting 50 pounds on this table. All of the load bearing mechanism is metal, except for the metal plastic metal junction. I would never put 150 pounds on it.

The current online description now says 50 pounds, but the sticker on mine agrees with you, 40 pounds. Personally, I'd say that it can handle 50, but certainly not 150. Hope this helps.

Read again, Home Depot lists it at 50 pounds.
The sticker on the table lists it at 40 pounds, that's the one I would go with.
Nowhere is 150 pounds mentioned for this particular table, perhaps your asking about another one.

Answer:
Online now says 50 Lb. Yes, label on table says 40 Lb. I would say go with the labeled rating of 40 Lb. I used it to hold an electronic appliance at 80 Lb with no issues, except that it may have been a bit unbalanced.

Answer:
I read the online description on 12-2-12 and it said "50 lbs" I own this table, and the sticker under the table says "40 lbs" It has 3 height settings, I would say it's weakest at the lowest setting. For it's size I can't see that you would be putting more than 40 lbs on it anyway.

the specs say 18Wx24L. Then it says expandable to 24x26, but it doesn't appear to be expandable. I assume it is the same as one I've had for years which is 24x26, but I would like to know for sure.

The table top measures 18" W x 26" L. The additional measurements that it talks about are the different height settings for the table which can be set at 24", 26", and 28".

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 21 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Just what I wanted The table was just what I have been looking for; being able to adjust the height is a great bonus! I use my folding table as an area to cut or press material as I'm quilting. Yes, I would recommend this product. I have only had it a short while so cannot give a review on how it holds up under a lot of use. February 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product This is a solid, sturdy, functional table. Great for kids to eat at, or for use at a yard sale or craft fair to display items. It's kind of small, but I like that it has several height options. Also, no assembly required! I recommend it. March 3, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Looks great in any room The 26" personal table is very strong and durable. The adjustible height feature allows the table to be very versatile. Easy to clean with just a wet cloth. It really looks great in any room. For use indoors or out this table has so many uses. Great price for a table that I will get years of use out of. I placed the table in the game room and it looks great, with also being functional. December 28, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by its a table I opened up the box to my new dishwasher and, bam, it was instead this table. I'm super happy to have it in my life. I use it as a drying rack when I wash my dishes still, consequently, by hand. September 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I like it. I don't have a ton to say about this, because after all it is just a table. There isn't much more to it than that. A few things I really like about it are that it is adjustable for 3 different heights, all within an inch or so of each other. The size is perfect for sitting next to my Camp Chef stove. It folds up relatively flat when I am done with it. It seems to be built well, as most lifetime products are. The adjustable legs have a locking mechanism, so you won't have to worry about the table folding up when you don't want it to. Very easy to figure out and use. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a small table. December 29, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Personal Table works great! Just the right size for a corner - doesn't take up too much room but gives a solid surface for secretarial duties during meetings. April 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by You wont find better at this price Great little extra table that folds flat for storage when not in use. We used it at our last Christmas gathering along with another lifetime folding table, the 5 foot version, to seat the kids for dinner. Two children were at this small table. It has a sticker that says 40 pound weight limit, and they have 50 pounds listed online. It has three adjustable heights. It very versatile, I can think of plenty of other uses for the table....laundry, deck side table, yard table, gardening etc. Even dress it up with a table cloth and use it as n end table. (without the cloth it reminds me of a small ironing board) December 29, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ready to go table this table needed no assembly because it folds so nice and flat for easy storage when not in use and therefore came flat in a box for shipping. I always give extra marks to products that come shipped with no assembly required! The table has a smart easy system for using a little black plastic gun like device that is attached to the small rods to squeeze them into place in one of three recesses on the back of the table. The gun is then released and the rods expand to stay in place in a very sturdy way. The levels of the table are good if you are on a low couch or sitting. The only thing I would have liked to see was one higher setting for use when standing. Otherwise it is easy to use and store and seems very sturdy. January 6, 2013
