Answer:
No stakes, but if you line it with landscape fabric and fill with soil, I doubt it will go anywhere.

Answer:
The raised bed does not require stakes. The sides click together and there are pieces of plastic to hold the sides in place. It just sits on the ground. Once it's filled with soil it should stay in place.

Answer:
Hello maggie,
I'm not exactly sure to which stakes you are referring. The raised bed is held together using a tab and slot system. This is further reinforced with clips to hold the panels together. The bed itself is held in place by the soil within. I hope this information is helpful.
Cheers,
Chris

9-10". Not deep enough for tomatoes or many vegetables actually. I did not put a bottom on mine and loosened the dirt beneath them.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by PERFECT HERB GARDEN Instructions were a little difficult, but great product results. Is well crafted and solidly constructed. April 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love this product. I've tried vegtable gardening in pots, This is much better. just under 4x4 feet raised bed. Higher than others I found on the internet so longer carrots I hope!. At 4x4 you can easily reach the center form all sides. I'm already considering a second one for next year. Corners are sturdy, maintains it's square shape. Easy to put together, no tools required. We've had some torrential rain in the past week, no issues with flodding like I experienced in pots. Open bottom allows for wonderful drainage. May 7, 2013
