Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Boats33 Great Features but needed replacement parts
I waited a long time to buy this Lifetime 6413 shed but I was disappointed with the quality control or packaging when I received it. All four roof panels were warped which they replaced at no charge. The back panels were warped but I put 2 of the shelf braces horizontal accross them to straighten the panel out. One of the front doors was not molded properly which they replaced but the color was different so they sent a second one and it was also different. So I injected the original door with silicone to expand it to look like it was suppose to. It was a 3 step process. Other than that it looks great now. Overall it is a nice shed and they were great about sending the replaceing parts. Hopefully this was a one in a million problems.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by homedepotshopper Very nice shed
Just finished putting it together. The only thing left is to install its handles. It looks very nice, it is sturdy and offers plenty of storage in tight places!
I was pleasantly surprised to find shelves included with it too!

Wasn't to hard to put together. Will need a second person to help hold parts or putting parts in place. Very cute and suits the needs of a very small yard.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by FMBSteve Best Boat Locker Ever!
We've had this Lifetime 8' x 2.5" shed installed for over a year. We are located in Southwest Florida and are using the shed as a boating locker for storage of all things boating and fishing. The narrow width results in more of a closet feel than a shed and has the benefit of being able to reach everything quite easily without having to step in.
This shed has great UV resistance as there has been no fading, the shed is also water tight and has a solid feeling. It was very easy to install, even with a special pedestal to keep it off the ground and adding electrical wiring for an outlet and a light inside. The horizontal shelves and corner shelves have performed well.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by babs nj love this shed
we were going to put up a fence but then igot the idea of putting these sheds up instead. its great. it hides your neibors view like a fence but how many fences do you know that you can use for storage . we have 4 lined up so far and they look great. inside them we installed black plastic shelving from home depot (about 30 dollars each ) its like having outside cabinets . everything is organized. we can always find what we are looking for.In one of them we installed a closet rod and this is where we store our winter coats and heavy clothing. Try it ...you will definitely like it!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ChrisinSA Great for my small backyard
I put the shed on a 4x6 post base w 3/4 sheet of treated plywood on top. So when I use the weed eater I won't hit the shed. With a level base to work with the shed went up with no problem and it looks great. It definitly takes 2 people to put the gables and the roof on. A little trick is to put the door posts on first then put the cotter pin in and while someone holds the post I got on a step ladder and slid the door down on the post. So much easier than trying to line up the hole on the post w the cotter pin while the door is actually on the post. I may get another one.

Overall I'm satisfied with this little mini shed that fit the space well, but it was
very difficult to assemble, it took 3 workers a full day.
The door latches are a pain...one is on the ground so each time you need to open both doors you have to bend down....and you have to really pull hard to
get the latch thingy to pull up...this feature could really be improved.
Still, it fits nicely in our carport, and a second one
is behind a shrub in the yard, kind of tucked away.
In future if buying a shed I'd take a closer look at the latching mechanisms.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by RobinL It is only rated for 65 mph winds
This is a nice little shed. It does not hold a lot. It is easy to put together, and to take down when it is being moved. The individual pieces are not heavy, but together it is heavy, yet not heavy enough to withstand a wind when standing on its own. We have had our shed for several years, and always had it up against a building at our previous 2 homes with no problems. We put it in the back yard at our new house and this morning found it tipped over backwards. The doors opened inward, and everything inside got soaked. Put it against a sturdy wall.
