Answer:
Teens could use it. I weigh 260#, and the deck will hold me. I wouldn't reccomend 4 adults play on it at once.

We are using this playground equipment for kids ages 4 to 11. It could sustain teens, but it is sized a little smaller and lower to the ground. This equipment is only about 8ft to the top of the swing standards.

The only diference is color. 90042 is mostly greenish and the 90137 is primary colors yellow, blue and red. The binoculars are included but note that they are toy binoculars.

I believe it is the color option. 1 is a pastel color option (red, blue, green, yellow). 1 is an earth tones option. I have the earth tones and it blends well into a back yard.

Answer:
Color and price. The 90042 is what we purchased and was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper. The 90137 was yellow, blue and red. Our 90042 was brown and green. I can live with the drab colors for the money we saved. Yes, our playground set did come with a set of binoculars.

Answer:
I don't think you could. It would require drilling a lot of new holes and reversing the entire deck setup. If you did, it would require a tremendous amount of time and effort. I would not attempt it.

Adventure Playset is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 144.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The answer to all your kids woes! This playground has been a life saver! With a home surrounded by nothing but dirt, no fences, and construction, we needed something for our kids to do outside. This playground was our answer for it all! The metal and plastic is sturdy and holds up well against all the wind and dirt, not to mention my roudy kids. I also highly recommend springing for the install. They came and put it together in about 4.5 hours and did a great job; much more preferable to the headache and 2plus days to get it done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The last playset I hope to ever buy! If you've ever installed a wooded playset, had to maintain and re-stain it every couple of years, and then had to uninstall it because it's deteriorated and you fear the city will arrive with CAUTION tape and CPS to keep your kids safe, you would realize what a perfectly genius idea it was for Lifetime to make these playsets. It is bigger than it seems in pictures, which is fantastic because even my 14-year old likes to sit in the top and do homework. We purchased the deluxe set with monkey bars which I highly recommend, even though my 5-year broke her arm on it 15 minutes after we set it up. (It wouldn't have broken, however, if her sister hadn't been "helping" her by holding her legs up, which prevented her from dropping nicely.) Which leads me to my next point of following their safety recommendations and setting it up in a safety zone with something other than hard ground to land on. The monkey bars are solid, tall enough for older kids to enjoy, and the main reason we purchased this set. The slide is quite zippy. Maybe hold the hand of a toddler until they get used to it, although my 20-month-old landed on her feet the first time down. I'm not saying she hasn't landed on her bum plenty of times since. She also manages the ladder by herself quite well but I do get a little worried when my other kids are impatiently following right behind her. Mostly because I...ahem... did not follow the recommended safety instructions and installed it on grass. No falls yet though. If you follow the directions it is an easy installation, all things considered. It's not a 2-3 day job you might get with an equivalent wooden set. They package the hardware in individual packs labeled for each section. There were a couple of packets where the labels were different than in the instructions but the pictures of the hardware were spot on so common sense pulls through. As a general rule, I recommend having common sense if you put anything together. Make sure you don't over-tighten the bolts that go through any of the posts; with enough force you will slightly squish the metal. Also, make sure One change we did was not to install the fireman's pole on when the instructions tell you to. The swings/monkey bar section isn't attached to the main play structure yet so it doesn't make sense to ground it when you don't have it in its final destination. It took 2 adults and 1 good intentioned 11-year old about 6-7 hours to put it together. Because we happened to have an extra slide from a previous playset that is now resting in a landfill, my husband removed one of the solid panels, drilled a couple of extra holes, and added an extra slide to our playset. Our kids love it. So if you happen to have an extra slide sitting around not pulling its weight I recommend putting it to work on this playset. Lifetime of course cannot recommend this but it works great for us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My kids and me love this!!! We bought this Play set this past spring. I was looking for a playset that would not give my kids slivers and would have as little maintenance as possible. And yet is great quality. This is perfect! We love it! It doesn't get hot in the sun and burn my kids. And the warranty is awesome too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Adventure Tower! My husband and I bought this to have in our yard for when the grand kids come over. We have been so impressed with this playset! The kids love it and it is built very well. It is a high quality playset and I have recommended it to my friends!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy, good fit and finish! We have had this play set for 6 months and it has been great. I assembled it myself and while it took two evenings, it wasn't too complex. This thing is sturdy. I'm a big guy and I have climbed on the platform, used the slide and the swings and they have all held up. Even with adults on the swings, the A-frame never rocks off the ground. Our yard is not large, so the smaller footprint of this set was attractive. Even with the smaller size, there are many activities from the propeller swing and baby bucket swing that we added to the larger swings, playhouse and rock wall that older kids like. I would definitely recommend it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No instruction manual It is Christmas Eve, I am trying to put this together for my 3 children and there are no instructions included. No problem I'm thinking, I'm sure I can find them online. NOPE, none of the product ID's (seems to be a different one for each box) are working, the link to help you find the product ID is not working and Customer Service is closed for the holidays. While I am glad the company gave the employees off for the holiday, I am not impressed so far..............

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy Daughter When the delivery truck delivered the playset my daughter said "My playground is here. I am so happy right now." I record the video and showed the clip to everyone. They got good laugh out it. My husband and my brother take two days to assemble the playset together. After that my daughter started to play it right away. The only thing is that assembly direction is not clear and labeling of parts specific which my husband and my brother were confused on which parts is which, so they have to take the parts out and reassembled the parts until it look right from the picture. The other thing that I would like is that be able to switch the housing position because it only one direction.
