Is this battery powered??

Asked by: Juan
Yes, everything is battery powered in this set up. I would recommend buying a battery charger with AA rechargeable batteries.

Can you use multiple sets with a single remote?

The price of a single expansion light is $14.54 vs the set that comes with two being $25.07. We need 6 puck lights under our kitchen cabinets so buying 3 sets would save us about $8. Can the two lights in each additional set be programmed to work with the remote from the first set?
Asked by: Ryan
Yes - they can all be programmed to the same remote easily just by toggling the switches (same way universal garage door openers are programmed, if you're familiar with that).

White Wireless Remote Control LED Puck Lighting System is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 88.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to install - not consistant with multiple switches I got this light set for my kitchen but ended up installing it in the pantry. When installed in the kitchen, two lights were just not enough so I got myself another set. With that I had 4 lights and 2 switches. I placed one switch close to the cabinet and one at the entrance of the kitchen. The switch close to the lights always switched ON all 4 lights but the one at the entrance was always inconsistent. Pressing it one time switches ON only 2 lights, then I turn it off and switch it back on – then it switches ON 3 lights. I again repeat the steps and then it turns all four lights ON. The switch is about 10 feet away from the lights so I am not sure why it does that. I tried to live with this issue but it just got annoying and that’s how I ended up moving all four lights in the Pantry. Installation is tool less and switch & lights come ready to use. Each light takes 3 AAA batteries and the switch needs 2 AA batteries. There is a small knob on the switch where I can set the time for the lights to automatically turn OFF in case if I leave them ON. So overall, I find the installation super easy, there are no cables running and I can install the lights wherever I want.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to install, runs on batteries, not so bright This is an easiest wireless light system in the market that requires no wiring and no tools to install on a variety of surfaces. Just remove the back cover of switch and the lights, insert the batteries and stick it to any surface using pre-attached double sided tape. That’s all what there is to it. The double sided tape is sturdy and holds on to drywall and wood surfaces pretty well. Manufacture included screws too but I think tape works just fine. The switch comes pre-programmed with the lights and I can add 18 more lights to the same switch, total 20. That’s very impressive. As long as you set the lights and the remote to the same frequency, they all will talk to each. The housing of lights and switch is all plastic, nothing top class but for a twenty dollars product, it is pretty decent. Each light has 10 LEDs that do not require any changing at all so no worries maintaining them. The lights are not water proof and should not be used in wet environment or outdoors. . I must mention that the lights are not bright enough so if you want a large area to cover then order some extra lights. The appearance is modern and blends in with my décor perfectly. I am very happy to own it and highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These things are the nuts I was not sure how these were going to work before I opened the package. The lights work by setting a three digit code on a slide bar inside the rear of the units. AA and AAA batteries are used. You can also set a timer switch to automatically turn off the lights in case you forget. For about 10 bucks each, you can add additional lights to the system. Simply set the same code and the new lights will work in conjunction with the other lights, on the same switch. Kitchen cabinets, workshops, closets, storage areas and under kitchen sinks are just some examples where they could be put to use. I used mine in a back "T" shaped area of my closet. These are great little lights that also function as touch lights. Well worth the investment.

It took a couple settings to get them to work correctly but then they worked excellent. Very nice product if you don't want to spend the time running wire. Love the dimming feature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lights can also be turned on and off without remote After adding batteries (not included) I had this lighting system mounted under my cabinets and working literally in a couple minutes. The double sided tape comes pre-attached or they also include small screws and anchors for a more secure mounting. I was extremely pleased with how hassle free it was to set up. You can also turn each individual light on independently by just pressing on them. I found this to be a convenient feature if I was next to the light, but the remote was across the room. The lights have been dependable and convenient. I would recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have a cabinet that extends under the kitchen counter making the back part unusable for storage... I have a cabinet that extends under the kitchen counter making the back part unusable for storage (you can't see what's back there). I put one of the lights on the back wall of the cabinet and the switch on the inside of the door and the entire area is usable. All it took was just one of the lights. They give off a great deal of light and the fact that it can be controlled by a switch is perfect. I placed the other light under a cabinet over where I work when cooking. It's not controlled by the switch, I can just tap it when I need it. Tap on, tap off. All in all, a great product and well worth the cost.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good product for small places I received the Fulcrum wireless remote control LED Lighting system and opened the package then read the Feature & General Information. I installed the batteries according the the instructions then installed the product in a small closet where light was needed. When I turned on the lights I noticed that one of the emitters (LED) on one lights was not working. The light produced by only two emitter arrays was insufficiet to light the entire closet but I could see where adding additional arrays would probably do the job. I would recommed this product for areas where minimal or additional light would be required.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bright white lighting easy to install I recently painted my kitchen cabinets and got new counters but didn't want to spend the money on fancy under cabinet lighting or an electrician, like most of the reviewers who bought these. These were incredibly simple to install. Add batteries, program the codes and stick up under the cabinets (and remote by the rest of your light switches). The lights are a bright white color, which could be a deterrent to someone who prefers that incandescent yellow light. My one TINY wish is that the pucks were a little bit shorter. I'm short (5'1) and standing at the right angle, I can see these lights underneath the cabinet. However, it doesn't bother me enough to go with another product.
