Lincoln Electric Inner shield 0.035 in. NR211 Flux-Corded Welding Wire is a versatile welding wire for all-position welding of light-gauge steel or thin plate up to 5/16 in. It is low spatter and has a great weld appearance. Recommended for maximum plate thicknesses in the range of 7.9 mm (5/16 in.) to 12.7 mm (1/2 in.).

Can I weld stainless steel with this wire

i tried it and it kind of welded... didnt stick to it but that could have also been what i was welding to. might have been polished. but usually you can weld SS with standard wire it will be prone to rust at the weld. its better to weld with SS wire

Rated 4 out of 5 by from bought this to replace a spool that ran out. worked well. i changed from a 032 to an 035 on this ... bought this to replace a spool that ran out. worked well. i changed from a 032 to an 035 on this spool unintentionally but it actually welded a bit better with my flux core welder. cleaner, less impurities. not really sure. but ill replace tips accordingly. and stick with 035.

A little more expensive per pound than other options but store is close and I often go months between welding so it's better to use smaller spools so they don't accumulate long term rust on them.
