Answer:
This was a reply from lincoln: The WP125 with the gas kit installed uses a spool gun,
K3269-1 to weld aluminum. It does not use the older K664-2 feeding kit.
Don't do what I did and wast 90$ because your welder is listed to work on homedepot website and sold as so.

Answer:
Billy, The K664-2 is made to work with older versions of the 140HD.
For a current model of the 140HD, you should use the K2532-1 which is sold on Home Depot Dotcom.

It would depend on which version of the 180 HD you have. Your manual will give you the correct kit to use.

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 15 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by K664-2 kit unusable with SP-135 Plus I was disappointed to find that the plastic guide tubes in this kit do not fit as replacements for the steel guide tubes, and the drive roll is for 5/16" shaft that accepts set screw, rather than the 3/8" shaft with key on my SP-135 Plus. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DO NOT WELD ALUMINUM WITHOUT THIS KIT I have been using my welder like a mig for steel on aluminum and it has been very difficult. With the steel set up, aluminum will bunch up at the feeding wheels and you will have to cut and pull out the mess then pull the wire from the cable. The kit is a huge time saver and also saves lots of wire from being wasted. The kit does seem very expensive for just a liner, wheel, few tips and an extra roll of wire, but try welding aluminum without it and you will be back on here hitting the check-out button. This kit will make your little welder weld just as good as a spool gun without the weight of holding up the spool gun and getting it to tight places. May 20, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Doesn't fit weldpak 125HD Website has it listed as fitting my welder wp125hd but it is for sp135 and sp170 type drive systems, the included roller is a different diameter and the guide tubes also. I contacted lincoln they responded saying that this kit doesn't not work and that I need a spoolgun k3269-2 to weld aluminum. Wasted 85$ dollars on this kit May 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lincoln aluminum kit Easy to change over. Works well. Loosen pressure on drive. Had little bird nest with wire. February 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lincoln Electric .035 Aluminum Feeding Kit If you have ever wanted to weld buy a Lincoln Electric wire feed welder. (anyone can weld with one) I bought mine at Home Depot and I am 100% happy with everything it does. Now that Lincoln has come up with this Aluminum Feeding Kit I can't tell you how great this kit is...... It's like not having to have a welding shop do your Aluminum welding and not having to buy a TIG welder so you really save by adding this to your Lincoln Electric wire feed MIG. So buy a Lincoln Wire feed welder and this kit at Home Depot. And it will pay for itself ! Mine did ! December 18, 2010
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't waste your time Just a complete waste of time. you'll spend more time fighting this thing than youll ever spend welding. I hope I can get a refund, and I will order a spool gun. I own some Millers and some Lincoln equipment and I am a fan of the Lincoln brand, but they really missed the mark with this. I thought for the price it was worth a shot, but don't bother September 20, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Aluminum Feeding Kit Not hard to install, had a little trouble with the non-metallic cable liner making the bend at the handle. After the install, it took me a few days to get the hang of it, but it all changed when I exchanged the gas to 100% Argon. Over all I would recommend this kit over any other expensive kit, unless you plan to do a lot of aluminum welding. This kit was installed on a Weld Pack 100 Purchased at Home Depot around 10 years ago, and this welder is now even more versatile with this Aluminum Feeding Kit. November 23, 2011
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by aluminum feeding kit Terrible terrible terrible!! If you are an avid welder this product is not for you. The kit comes with a liner that requires removing and replacing the liner in the current gun. If you would like to weld steel after aluminum then prepare to spend another thirty to forty minutes to change the liner back. Also if you think you are just going to buy another gun and cable by the time all the money is spent your about twenty bucks away from the much faster and easier spool gun. Go with the spool gun instead. January 3, 2011
