can you use this machine to weld tig or have to buy another?

This welder as it is sold is a stick welder. To weld Tig you would have to buy options to add to it.

The welder is an engine driven arc welder. You can arc weld with it or use the generator as a power source.

Is there a drain valve for fuel tank? If so where?

The Lincoln service dept says there is not a drain valve.
