Good price and easy to use. With good coverage and good performance in paint.

I purchased this item to paint a steel door. The roller cover wouldn't stay on the holder, it kept slipping off after just a few passes. Totally useless. I spent as much time pushing the roller cover back on as I did painting.

Handle is ok, but the inside roller sleeve is cupped about 1/2 inch to the inside of the roller. The result is every time you dip it into the paint you end up with big pool of paint that splatters everywhere unless that end is up. Used it for an hour and threw it away!!!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 1071 Good roller for staining a deck
This type of roller was recommended by HD staff because it does not leave any fuzz like a nappier roller for paint or stucco would. Stain is very thin compared to paint and this type of roller held the stain well and let it go on nicely without getting torn up by the rough spots on the wood deck.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stach Great rollers for tight spots
I bought this type of roller frame by mistake and I'm glad that I did. The thinner, foam rollers were perfect for painting the soffet in the kitchen and a very small alcove in the bathroom. Both locations were too small for a conventional-sized roller. The foam rollers were so inexpensive, I threw out the one with the ceiling flat (kitchen soffet). However, I washed the bathroom one as we may repaint the whole bathroom next year. It held the paint well and rolled evenly. I love that you can use it with a pole. Both areas look great!

It worked well for the job at hand. I applied primer and paint for deck rails

I will use the woven rollers for all of my future projects that involve small wall spaces. Get behind toilet tanks in the bathroom also. Most manageable roller I have ever used.

The roller flew off the handle several times while I was painting, causing a mess. When it wasn't flying off, it was slipping and just generally not staying put. I won't buy this again.
