Answer:
It has a hole on the end that accepts extension poles. If you have a broom that has the broom head screw off, then you could use the pole w/ this brush.

Answer:
Yes, the Linzer 5" Flat Stain Block Brush has a threaded socket in its base, which will accept a standard roller extension pole or similar device. The brush is well made for covering large areas, but it isn't well suited for cutting-in or detail work. However, for its intended use, it is excellent.

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 112 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product I had a one-year old 32'x16' cedar deck that needed its first staining (I let it age for a year) and was researching the best way to stain it. The general internet consensus was that regardless of the application method, such as spraying, I would still need to brush in the stain so I started to look at brushes and found this one at HD, great price and held up well to the double coat that I put on the deck and the brush is still in great condition. I did dip it directly into the 1 gallon stain can and it was a tight fit that flared out some of the side bristles but this could have been easily avoided if I wasn't so lazy and poured the stain into a larger container. I also purchased a very inexpensive 2'-5' adjustable painter's extension pole that screwed into the brush handle so I could paint standing up instead down on my knees and that was worth its weight in gold June 28, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by I used the block brush to lay several coats of oil based stain on an older deck. I have used pads and rollers before, but much prefer the brush because of its ability to go into the grooves of the wood and also to keep from making the spludge marks caused by pushing. The only drawback is that you have to make sure it is not dipped up to the hilt in the product or the bristle glue will fail and the bristles fall out! October 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super Brush I have used this to put on several coats of paint so far and it cleans up just like new. It is a really a fabulous brush, holds a lot of paint, doesn't shed. I actually bought a second one when I I actually bought a second one when I was at the store the other day just to have it. October 11, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by The good and the bad This product looks good and does a great job of applying the stain. The first coat of stain i applied it worked really well and was doing a great job. However, once i started apply the second coat this brush starting leaving bristles. At first it was one or two here and there, but then it started breaking off in clumps of 5 -10 bristles. I would go up one in cost and hope that i get better results next time. As is said it still applies the stain well, but with having to pick out bristles it was a pain. October 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect We used to stain fence. I originally had plans to spray the fence and then smooth paint with thia stain brush. It was much easier to just use the stain brush. Held stain during application very well. October 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good brush, worked great. If was 4.5 inches, it would fit better into the stain bucket. Although the brush worked great, If was 4.5 inches, it would fit better into the stain bucket.. Thanks! October 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Used this brush to apply thinned cement grout over a large area and it did very well holding the weight and giving even application. Clean up was easy with running water only. Next project is staining cedar fencing - confident this brush will make that job a snap. October 27, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bristles fell out I bought this brush for staining my deck. It worked great at holding stain and providing even application. After a day of use the bristles began falling out and i was constantly having to pick them off the deck and out of the stain. After cleaning the brush, chunks of bristles began falling out. At $10 for the brush, I would expecbetter quality. I will be returning this brush at my next visit to Home Depot. For reference I used the brush with Behr all in on deck stain. October 8, 2016
