Hi Ari, to answer your question we would say no and would use the LN-2000 Fuze It for this application.

I want to glue a unpainted wooden frame to concrete floor.
The frame will be covered with plywood.
The purpose of the glue is to avoid rattling of the frame when it's walked on.

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 12 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by I agree with prior comments I agree with the other comments. It is not as good as the original. It took a long time to dry. But it is eventually effective. April 26, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not what it used to be I have used this product many times over the years and it worked great. So they change the formula and It won't hold anymore. A complete waste of time and money. Back to real screws and nails. April 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product Great product but not carried in any stores so think ahead because shipping takes about 7-10 days October 25, 2011
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely dissapointed This is not the Liquid Nails I remember. After buying and using it to try gluing foam insulation to concrete on my basement walls, I quickly discovered that Liquid Nails formula has changed. It used to be really sticky and would have had no problem holding a light weight piece of foam to a wall, even before drying. I looked online and found out that they did change the formula because of fume concerns or something like that. Now it seems like it's a slightly thicker Elmers glue. May 12, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by best glue It is the best glue for everyday construction Dries fast Holds great Reasonable priced April 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Does the job for less money I rehab houses so I use a lot of construction adhesive. I've tried them all, from the cheapest to the most expensive, and I keep coming back to Liquid Nails. The product bonds well to everything I've tried it on and you can't beat the price. Simply apply it sparingly to one surface, squish the parts together, separate them for a minute and reattach. I'd like them to include a cap to seal the tube between uses but a wire nut, with the spring removed, works just as well. Great product and a good value. August 31, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Subfloor Glue Great for subfloors. Buy the contractor pack of the large size tubes if you've got a large job like we did. Saves $$ and the material goes a lot farther. July 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good product but... The product worked well for the installation of cultured brick on plywood. However, three tubes out of a case of twenty-four were hard and unusable. Several others had a thicker consistency than normal, especially at the end of the tube. The date on the tubes indicated the were 1 year and seven months old. I looked up the shelf life on-line and it was 2 years. This is the first time this has happened to me. Otherwise, a great product. February 9, 2013
