There are (at least) two versions of this light.
The older version used a ballast made by "Energy Pro". It has three clip thingies to hold the cover on the housing. Avoid this version like the plague. If you end up with one of these you might as well keep your receipt in your wallet/purse because you'll be needing it soon enough.
The newer version uses a ballast made by Keystone Technologies (a reputable company - search for them) It has two clip thingies to hold the cover on.
(There may be more versions but these are the only ones I've come across)
Both versions come with 4100K bulbs which are great in a workroom but (in my humble opinion) unsuitable for use in a living area - plan on purchasing some 2700K or 3000K (soft white) bulbs to go with it.
On the plus side the cover fits tightly to the housing and keeps the dust (and bugs) out.
If you get one with a good ballast and don't mind adding two 3000K circline bulbs to the price then it is a good fixture.

This washing machine is so nice with lots of features. Really spins water out of clothes & cuts drying time in half!

Puts out a nice bright white light. Very quiet and instant on.
Unfortunately, the bulbs or the fixture itself don't last very long. I had to replace the circle line bulbs just about every year. Well, below the bulbs 4 year life. The fixture itself went kaput not too long after the warranty period (2 years).
They don't make them like they use to. This one replaced an old circle line fixture that lasted over 30 years!
This may be an Energy Star product, but how does it help the environment if I have to replace it every few years.

I have just installed the third such fixture in our laundry room. It provides good lighting. The previous two units each failed completely after about 28 months of service. In both instances it was the ballast that failed.
The two year warranty was of no use. A replacement ballast, if purchased online, would cost (with shipping)about the same as a complete new unit.
Purchase this fixture only if you intend to use it for less than 2 1/2 years, or if you don't mind replacing it from time to time.
You should also be advised that the mounting pattern has been modified on the new fixture such that the fixture no longer has the 2 3/4" diameter screw spacing typical for a 3" connector box. I had to drill a hole in the base plate to mount the new "design".

I replaced two short-lived Lights of America with two of these and have to replace ballasts on both in about 18 months. I had one of the replacements go out this past w/e and find I am not quite getting two years use. A real pain! Good thing I'm not hiring the work done. What we spend on fixtures is way more than the electricity usage we save. I believe I'll try compact flourescents bulbs in standard fixtures next and hope those last a bit longer.
I strongly recommend not wasting your money and especially the time to mount these!

It was easy to install, looked good and offered plenty of light from a low profile fixture that was just perfect for the application. Unfortunately, it only worked for a few years and then the ballast died. I bought a new bulb (only one was out) at first and it turns out the old bulb was fine but the fixture was bad. This light was used maybe 4-5 hours per week, so not heavy usage either. Not very good quality.

As many other reviewers have noted, the ballasts on these lights go out well before the bulbs ever will. The two I installed lasted longer than the one year warranty, but not by much. One of them is now out entirely, regardless of which bulbs I put in it. The other one generally comes on, but periodically refuses to start unless I give it a whack (seriously!). And then sometimes only one of the bulbs comes on.
I'm going to switch to LED or use a normal fixture with CFLs or LED bulbs. These things are a waste of time and money.

Ballast lasted a year on two of these. Installed at the same time. Died only 2 months apart. Don't bother.
